Ryuko had tears in her eyes as she just defeated her evil mother Ragyō Kiryūin who ripped out her own heart out of chest and squished it until died. And senketsu a uniform her own father created for her become her friend after many battles sacrificed himself to save her. "SENKETSU!!!" She screamed as he disappeared the girl with a tough personality who always defeated every challenge that came her way was crying her out.

The last thing she heard was her older sister's scream her name in a worried tone before she fell unconscious. Ryuko let out a groan as she slowly opened her eyes only to immediately close them due to a bright light. "What the hell?" She opened her eyes once more as they adjusted to the bright light she looked around the room and instantly knew where she was. "Great I'm in a hospital this sucks what else can go wrong?"

Ryuko threw off a blanket that covered her body not realizing that it was covering something she'll find humiliating around her waist and not only that but the front of it was yellow meaning she needed a change "it's to hot to be covered up. "Stupid nurses" she turned her head as the room door opened and two people stepped in the room they where Satsuki and Nonon "what are you two doing here?

Satsuki frowned as she looked at her recently revealed baby sister. “I came to take you home.” She said resisting the urge to smile her baby sister was so utterly adorable. And she couldn’t help but find the diaper cute and fitting. The fact they’d been out for each others blood a couple weeks ago didn’t even register in satsuki’s mind anymore.

“How’re you feeling?”

Nonon shrugged “lady satsuki said I had to come with just in case~” she sang “nice undies by the way” she teased

"I see I was expecting of having To stay for at least a week or longer" she let out a sigh and took a good look her new big sister and just looking at Satsuki who in her mind was always serious about everything suddenly looked a lot more calm almost like they never battled to death at all but that wasn't everything even Satsuki's appearance changed a bit. "I see you cut your hair....I gotta say you look weird with short hair personally the long hair looked better on you"

Ryuko who had a tough childhood and someone who barely experienced a family bond as her father was always in his lab working on his projects the girl was trying to complement Satsuki it was her way of trying to bond or at least start one. "I feel fine but also weak but I'm sure it's because of the life fibers inside of stopped working at least I hope so"

Ryuko then looked at Nonon and rolled her eyes. "Did you honestly think I was going to physically fight Satsuki after everything we've through I'm not that fucking stupid and why are you talking about my panties you pervert" she subconsciously looked down at her waist and her eyes widened in horror. "Holy shit why I'm wearing a fucking diaper I'm eighteen years old not a dam baby!!" She screamed.

All patients who've been in a coma for two weeks are required to wear diapers Ms matoi" a female doctor said as she was pushing a cart containing changing supplies such more diapers and baby wipes etc.

The doctor handed every item Ryuko will need for a diaper change to Nonon then she looked at Satsuki. "Normally I would be changing the patents but since you two are Ms matoi's family I'll let you handle it when you are done changing her I left a wheelchair outside the room by the door when everything is settled please sign out of the hospital" with that the doctor left the room leaving the cart and supplies closing the door behind her.
