Diapered Vampire RP Idea

So, I have this idea about a pregnant woman who is left widowed and dying after an assault. But before she died, a vampire gave her blood to drink, turning her and her unborn daughter into a vampire. After she and her baby are saved for two days, a tall woman (the vampire) adopts her and her baby as her new daughter and granddaughter. But having transformed, most of her body's functions were restarted, so now she must live in diapers and be cared for by the vampire and her other adopted daughters while she adapts to her new lifestyle.
