Merida was certain this plan would work. Well, she hoped it would work, the witch said that giving her mother this cake would change her fate, she had no idea how that would happen, but she had little choice but to go with it. Getting back into the castle was a breeze for her and she got to work setting out the cake, putting it together trying to make it look nice.

Though the sudden sound of pattering feet caught her attention. Quickly she snatched the cake off of the tray as a little hand grabbed it and pulled it away. Then she dodged it away to the side as someone tried to jump up and grab it. Her brothers were here, no doubt they had some kind of sense for when there were sweets of any kind up for grabs, but Merida couldn't let them spirit it away, both for her sake and theirs, not wanting to find out what it would do to them if they ate it.

But her brothers were a lot of things, and that meant keeping it away from them was tough. The three of them were trying to trip her up and do anything to knock her over, which is when she shoved the whole thing into her mouth. Looking down at the three of them, a smug look on her face. Merida was doing her best to keep the cake just sitting in her mouth, no intention of eating it. The looks on her brothers faces were priceless though.

But Merida couldn't risk just taking the cake back out of her mouth, no, instead she left her brothers to sulk, and possibly raid other food from the kitchen, she went past where all the other clans were gathered, her father regaling them with tales she'd heard tons of times over her life. Thankfully she quietly got up the stairs, all of them too focused on her father to notice her, and if her father had seen her, he'd not drawn any attention to her.

Merida planned to head for her mother's room, she'd dry the cake off by the fire to get any traces of her saliva off of it and then present it to her when her mum came into the room, thinking she'd come there sooner or later. Unfortunately as she got to her mum's door to open it, the door swung open and Merida bumped right into her mum, accidentally swallowing the cake, which sent her into a fit of coughing, crumbs spraying everywhere as she didn't swallow all of it, some getting caught in her throat, Merida bending over and trying to stop herself from spluttering, the horrible realization hitting her that she'd just blown her one chance!

Queen Elinor sighed as she lay in bed. Due to Meridas… performance. Everything was all in chaos. Fortunately everyone was still peaceful. (As peaceful as warrior kingdom army’s could be. While they all partied in the dining hall, she was free to take things slowly. Though she was upset about the tapestry, she could mend that easily.

As she thought about things, she got up to go find Merida. It would hurt to simply try and talk things over with her. Especially since she was her only daughter. Though she did wish that she had done some things differently. As she opened the door, she noticed Merida looking like she had just swallowed a bug.

“Merida hello.” She said curtly. “I was just about to go find you, please come in.” She said as she opened the door all the way to invite her daughter in. “Something wrong? You like you’ve swallowed a bug or seen a ghost.” She said as she sat down with her on her bed.

Merida hadn't expected her mum to be in her room. Though it was a bit odd of her to think that she wouldn't be, after all where else would she be? Regardless as her mother brought her into the bedroom Merida suddenly didn't feel all that good, her head was spinning, she felt nauseous. Being sat down on the bed, she quickly fell against her mother. Clearly the cake was affecting her, horribly so. "Oogh.." Merida moaned, her belly felt horrible.

Feeling worse and worse by the moment, Merida was having trouble thinking straight. "Urrp!" Belching loudly at the activity in her stomach. "I don't feel so good.." Merida moaned, quickly feeling more and more sick by the moment, briefly wondering if perhaps there was nothing magical about the cake, and that the witch had merely given her something to poison her mum with.. Her mum dying would certainly change her fate, but now that might be her own fate.. Though what she didn't seem to notice was how she was shrinking.

The feeling in her belly didn't abate, only growing worse and worse the more it went on, completely blinding her from the changes that were happening to her, suddenly slipping inside of her own dress as it became too big for her, swamping her in the clothing.

Elinor began to talk about what had happened, before she noticed her daughter. “Merida, is something wrong?” She asked as she put her hand to her head. “It doesn’t seem like you’re running a fever.” She said in concern. “Did you eat some bad food?”

Oh she hoped it wasn’t a stomach bug. Those were a real pain to deal with. She would need to get medicine and then the herbs, and then there was the matter of how long it would take for her to recover.

Elinor them paled as she watched her daughter vanish before he eyes, leaving nothing but her clothes. She went to scream before she noticed something shuffling around. “What on earth?” She asked as she looked at it in shock.

It wasn't long before the pile of clothes began to shake and move until a little baby popped out of the clothing pile. "What happened to my clothes?!" Merida exclaimed as she could see properly, only to see herself as she was now. "What happened to me?!" Merida exclaimed further as she looked at her small, chubby self. She'd turned into a baby! Well, better than dying outright, but turning into an infant didn't seem like it would be much better! Although if her mother had eaten it and turned into a baby.. Well Merida definitely wouldn't have to listen to her then, but there would be a host of new problems.

For now she'd just have to deal with it, unfortunately she wasn't just a baby, no, she was a baby sat right next to her mum! Turning her head, she looked up at her mother, feeling quite a bit more intimidated. "Oh.." Not sure how to really go about explaining this to her mother, if she should even try in the first place.

A sudden feeling washed over her, an immense discomfort situated in her lower abdomen, it was like a swelling bubble of pressure inside of her, one that had her face contorting at it, she'd hoped the awful feeling she'd dealt with from the cake would have stopped now that she'd clearly transformed but it seemed that wasn't the case.

As Elinor looked in shock at the the bundle that cracked under the clothes, she increased that tenfold to see a smaller version of Merida pop out. She gasped as she looked like she had been when she was a baby.

“Merida! What happened to you?” She asked before she squealed and picked her up. “Oh you’re adorable! You look just like you were when you were a wee lass!” She said before she squealed at how adorable she was.

Almost immediately she picked her up and started cuddling her, even peppering her face with kisses, not knowing how uncomfortable her daughter now was.

"Muuum! Stooop!" Merida immediately began to whine as she was grabbed up and bothered by her mother's affection. "I'm not a baby!" She exclaimed, despite all evidence to the contrary. Between her mother's actions and the discomfort she felt in her own body, she decided to focus more on the latter, that bubble of pressure was getting to be so uncomfortable, and what was worse was the fact that it wasn't just settling, no, it was quite clearly moving through her.

Merida's body stiffened as it prepared for what it knew it had to do even if Merida wasn't quite up to speed on just what was going on with her, having been turned into a baby she had no idea what to expect, perhaps she would get younger still? That was a thought that horrified her, as she was already hating how small she was right in this moment, let alone the idea that she could get even smaller.

As Merida was dealing with that, Elinor realized something. If she was a baby now…

The Queen giggled as she held up something pieces of cloth before wrapped them around the girls loin. “There we go, the babies all diapered now!” She said happily. “I’m lucky I had some left over from your brothers in case they wet the bed.” She said as she patted her babies diapered rear.

It was rather fortunate that the Queen saw fit to get her covered, Merida was about to complain when she felt that pressure hit a limit, it became unbearable, her hands balled into fists and she shuddered for a moment before a sudden feeling of euphoria shot up her spine. Her body relaxed and she went nearly limp as she began to relieve herself. "Oooh.." Letting out a small moan of satisfaction as the few pieces of cloth the Queen had just put on her struggled to do their job.

It turns out the cake had really done a number on Merida's insides, that number being two as the back of her cloth diaper was christened immediately with a hefty deposit, A rather fetid odor began to waft off of her, the stench quickly filling all available airspace, and it was quite horrid, a sulfurous scent that seemed absolutely ghastly.

After the initial euphoria wore off, which wasn't until after she'd finished doing her business, Merida felt her mind coming down and quickly she felt the huck muck coating her backside, in fact she felt it coating everywhere. The cloth was stretched and distended, as much as it could be anyway, her diaper was 'full' and it was a miracle nothing had escaped it. Once all the elation was gone, Merida was simply left with shame as her face seemed to feel hotter than her rear, gagging slightly at the scent she'd made, sure she had made it but this was purely offensive, added with the fact that she coated in her own waste, she'd have likely thrown up if not for the fact she was certain the cake had gone through her and taken everything with it on the way out.

Elinor watched her as she grunted. “Good thing I found fit to get you diapered so quickly.” She said with a smile as she patted her head. Fortunately she still kept them around in case the triplets had an accident. She even picnched her cheek like she did when she was younger.

Eventually though the smell got to her nose and she picked her up to lay her down and start changing the girl who was now a baby. As she lifted her rear up and started cleaning her up. “Oh this is just like when you were young, though I don’t think you ever made a mess quite this bad.” She said as she cooed at her and started tickling her stomach before she even had a new diaper on her.
