Beacon Academy is one of, if not the most prestigious, hunstman school in at least the continent of Vale and maybe the entire world. Like most high class institutions, its induction rituals for new students are shrouded in secrecy and every single person involved in those ritual are sworn to total secrecy from the moment they enter the school until their final days. This is where our story takes place during the opening fall semester at Beacon where the new students have just been sorted into their traditional roles of little and caregiver and the littles have been made available for adoption. Two such woman were currently looking through the screen of a scroll which displayed a list of new littles. They were Winter Schnee and Cinder Fall, they had fallen in love with one another several years ago and now decided they wanted a little girl of their very own. "Darling look, she's perfect!" said Cinder, pausing on the profile of one Ruby Rose. Winter looked at the one her partner had chosen and couldn't help but imaging dolling the girl up in pink dresses with ribbons and petticoats to play tea party with diapers so thick, crawling would be a real work out. "You're right as always my love, that's our little girl. Lets go find her and welcome her to the family" said Winter, hitting a button below Ruby's profile, signing the adoption papers digitally. "Hello little one, my name is Cinder and this is my Winter, we're going to be your mentors and caretakers during your time here at Beacon Academy."

Yes, Wiess is my sister, I'm glad the two of you are friends, you'll be seeing lots of each other now that you're cousins since we're adopting you and your sister is adopting Wiess. I'm glad that its your sister, Ruby, who is adopting Wiess, she seems capable, and Wiess requires a firm hand to be kept in line." said Winter with a smile. "Sorry that we scared you Ruby, that the last thing we ever want to do, you can feel safe with us." said Cinder stepping up next to Ruby and reaching behind her and sticking two fingers into her panties giving her a panty check. "Wet. Just as I thought." said Cinder removing her fingers from Ruby's panties and finding them damp. "Come on love, lets get this little girl home to be properly dressed before she starts making puddles on the floor." One was open and displayed trappings of the couples bedroom and the other door was closed obviously awaiting its new occupant. Winter turned the handle and the door swung wide open as Cinder said "Welcome Home Ruby!"

Ruby smiled and squealed at the thought of her drawing going on the fridge plus hearing that Weiss was now her cousin excited the little girl "Yeah I can't wait to see her again and Yang can be scary if that's what you mean Ms winter and overprotective" she grinned "As for feeling safe well...you two haven't done anything bad to me so yeah I feel safe" she admitted with a nod.

She took a step back as cinder stepped forward and blushed as the woman pulled back her panties to see if she had an accident and felt embarrassed as cinder confirmed her accident to winter "I didn't mean to I promise I'm a big girl" She whined as cinder picked her up. And pulled the woman's shirt 'Please Mama? I don't want to wear Diapers"

Ruby suddenly got nervous as she was leaving the adoption center with her new family. A few minutes later the three made it home "woah this place is so big" she said while looking around her new home.

Her mommy's took her to another room and what she saw made her eyes widen it was a big nursery just for her. The walls were pink with little yellow flowers as a design all over. ("Everything is practically pink and girlybut it's cute...I'll admit") she thought and looked around seeing a pink crib against the wall in the center of the room

She looked at floor and saw it was completely white with soft carpet all around but what made her smile the most was seeing a pink tea set on a while table which was next to a toy chest next to the closet that was on the left side of the room. "Tea party" she squirmed wanting to be let down

On right side of the room was a padded changing table with changing supplies under it but there was no TV but Ruby didn't care about that right now.

Cinder said with a hint of authority to her voice as she walked into the nursery while still holding the squirming Ruby. She deliberately made her way over to the changing table which was a white metal cabinet with cubby holes on one side stocked full of diapers of various colors and prints and a set of three drawers on the opposite side. The top was made of a soft pink plastic-like padded material that made a soft crackling sound as Ruby has placed on top of it.

Cinder crouched slightly so that she was at eye level with Ruby before making eye contact with her and taking her hands with both of her own as she wanted to make sure that what she said next stuck. "Ruby darling, little girls like you are much too small to use the potty on their own, and they might get hurt climbing onto the toilet or climbing back down, they could even fall in. You had an accident right in front of us when we just met you and ruined your panties, that right there proves to me, without a shred of doubt, that you're a little girl who needs to wear diapers all the time. and that's okay we still love you, thats why we want to make sure you're properly protected. Its also why you'll be wearing new clothes that can properly accommodate your diapers. While all of this was going on Winter took a moment to watch the tender moment between Mother and Daughter with a smile before turning and heading the the closet to find her daughter some appropriate clothes. On the far side of the room was a pocket door which slid open to reveal a walk in closet filled with so much clothing that there was enough for Ruby to have two outfits for each day of the year and still have spares and that didn't account for formal party clothes which were in a separate closet altogether. When she returned Winter was holding up a pink onesie with red strawberries printed all over it and a denim shortall dress with a red rose embroidered on the front bib pocket "how about this for an outfit sweetie?" Winter asked.

"I AM NOT A LITTLE GIRL AND I WON'T WEAR DIAPERS! NO! NO! NO!" Wiess screamed in frustration and stomped her foot throwing a loud tantrum in the middle of the adoption center. This was a large adjustment for the spoiled rich girl who was used to getting her own way about everything. If there was any saving grace to this situation its that at least she had made a friend in Ruby and Yang was her older sister so that meant that, maybe they might get to hang out together. She might not get a say about being adopted but Wiess intended to make thing as difficult as she could for her new Mommy.

Ruby instantly stopped squirming and frowned at her Mama's voice it sounded scary and she didn't want to get in trouble as she was sat on the changing table the poor girl wanted to cry. But she held it in as her Mama took both of her hands and spoke in a gentle tone. "I..I just wanted to play tea party" Mama' Weiss and I were going to play but then we got adopted she sniffled. Trying her best not to cry.

She watched as her Mama started to take off her cloak which made her scared because it was something Yang gave her when she was three years old it's her most important item. She turned her attention toward her mommy and saw that she was looking through the closet and she saw lots of embarrassing clothes like dresses and so much more. But her eyes widen as her mommy showed her something she loved immediately and she started reach out for it.

Yang xio long couldn't help but grin at her new adopted daughter the little one is quite stubborn and was pretending to be a big girl at the moment it was adorable despite them being the center of attention" she glanced around and saw a few workers looking at them. She crouched down to eye level with the girl and spoke very calmly.

"Weiss sweetie I know you're upset at the moment but there is no need to throw a tantrum ok? And it's required that little ones need diapers" she got up and picked up the girl and gave her a kiss on the forehead. "Are you upset that I took you away from Ruby is that all? If that the case don't worry you'll see her soon as you two are officially cousins"

She started walking them out of the adoption center "you are stubborn just as much as she is you know but...that's ok" soon they were in a woman's bathroom. "You say you're a big girl i want you to prove it..if you can't it's diapers for you little miss cranky" she smirked and went to a bathroom stall and opened it

Winters highly trained reflexes as a licensed huntress kicked into high gear upon seeing her daughter about to fall off the table. She dropped the outfit she was holding and swiftly grabbed Ruby by the shoulders and pushed her firmly onto her back on the changing table. Then using one hand on Ruby's tummy to hold the child in place, Winter used her other hand to fish two restraining belts out from the sides of the changing table locked them together with a magnetic lock that was keyed to her aura so only she could remove it. The belts automatically tightened themselves down until the belt was snug to Ruby's body just underneath her armpits, ensuring that she could not sit up or get off the table. "I'm glad you love your new outfit sweetie but, you must be very careful when on tall furniture, you would have fallen off the table and hurt yourself if mommy hadn't been there to catch you. Since you're such a little wiggle worm your Momma and I will have to make sure to use safety straps like these at all times while you're on the changing table." Winter said as she removed the last of the vestiges of Ruby's life as a big girl and removed Ruby's panties and threw them in the garbage. Then she began rubbing baby lotion all over Ruby's body, paying special attention to her diaper regions to make sure her skin was moisturized.

Cinder had not been idle, knowing that her partner had their daughter's safety well in hand, she instead focused on finding the perfect diapers for her little girl. Hearing that she liked strawberries gave her the perfect idea, and she returned to the foot of the changing table carrying two thick white disposable diapers that had strawberries around the top band and a stuffer insert. "I think we'll double you up until we know how heavy a wetter you are and go from there" said Cinder with a smile.

The two woman worked together to to get Ruby diapered, sprinkling her with lots of baby powder all over her nether regions and rubbing some into her tummy as well. Then Winter lifted Ruby's ankles as Cinder positioned the diapers and stuffer underneath her bottom. Then Ruby was lowered onto the diapers and Cinder and Winter worked out any last minute adjustment before they both pushed the front of the diapers up between Ruby's legs and sealing the tapes up snugly. They then removed the safety straps and began to get her dressed, retrieving the clothes from off the floor and putting her into the onesie and then the shortall dress which was just short enough to show off part of the onesie and the multiple layers of diapers peaking out from underneath.

Seeing that Ruby might be a little frightened or scared without her security cloak, Cinder reached into the drawer on the side of the changing table and retrieved a large red pacifier with a strawberry on the shield and offered it to Ruby "Here baby, I know this is all new to you and some of it might be a little scary, why don't you suck on this to help you stay calm, sadly we don't have time to take things slow as we have to be in class soon. And if you're a good girl in class, Momma will make you a treat when we get home." she said with a kind smile.

Wiess was blown away and it took her a moment for her brain to catch up to the reality of what was happening and what was said before replying "THAT DOLT IS NOT THE REASON I'M UPSET! I'VE WORKED ALL MY LIFE TO PROVE MYSELF AS THE SCHNEE HEIRESS AND NOW I'M NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO GO TO THE TOILET BY MYSELF AND NOW I'M ADOPTED AND CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR MYSLEF, ITS NOT FAIR!" Wiess only slightly returned the hug and pouted when Yang kissed her forehead and picked her up. She smiled smugly as she was carried into the washroom and it lasted all the way until she got the stall and was placed on her feet in front of the toilet. The toilet in front of Wiess was absolutely massive and towered over her to the point that she could just see the seat cover but not into the bowl. "I-I'll p-p-p-prove to you that I'm a b-big girl." Wiess said, her confidence waning as she slowly approached the toilet and started to slowly climb up onto it. She only got far enough to pull her chest up over the seat before she almost fell into the bowl and in her haste not to do so, she over corrected and landed hard on her bottom. The shock of this was enough her to start to cry for real and she started bawling.

Ruby gasped as she was suddenly laid down on her back it happened so quickly and to her horror she was being strapped down "I didn't mean to mommy" she hiccuped and Her tears fell as she thought she was in trouble. Ruby squirmed as the best could seeing her panties thrown away and having lotion put on her. "I want Yang" she cried.

But she calmed down down seeing both of her mommy's together. "D..Double diapers how I'm I supposed to walk?" She whined. ("Weiss is going to make fun of me if I see her again) she thought and let out a sigh of relief as she was free from the straps and sat up.

Soon she was completely dressed Ruby looked down at herself and frowned and as she was about to say something a pacifier was shoved in her mouth which she subconsciously suckled a few times.

Yang watched her daughter struggle to get on the toilet she couldn't help but smirk hearing Weiss stutter her amusement disappeared as soon as her baby hurt herself. She quickly scooped up the girl and bounced her a little bit to calm her down. Sssh shh she coed. "See your not a big girl sweetie" they headed out the bathroom.

After a few minutes the two made it home Yang pulled out her scroll and held Weiss in her right arm and unlocked the door and opened it and closing it behind them "welcome to your new home baby girl

The living room had modern furniture. The floor was covered in black soft carpet and a hall. Which lead to her new daughter's nursery "Let's go get you properly dressed ok" they headed ti the nursery and Yang smiled and opened the door. Surprise"

Cinder smiled seeing Ruby softly sucking on her new pacifier and waisted no time in attaching the clip that was attached to the pacifier to the bib pocket of Ruby's dress. "I'm glad you like your binky darling, you've got a few more like it and now you won't lose it where ever yo go." said Cinder before patting the young girl on the head and stepping out of the nursery.

"Oh you look so cute I could just eat you right up!" said Winter as she swooped in and scooped Ruby up in her arms, cuddling her to her breast, holding her tenderly. "mommy is very sorry if she frightened you little one, I wasn't trying to scare you, I just had to be sure that you weren't going to fall off the changing table and it makes changing your diapers a lot easier." said Winter as she gave Ruby another hug and pressed a soft kiss into her forehead. "Now I heard you a moment ago that you'd like to do some walking little rose but, you're much too little to be walking on your own and you can't crawl everywhere you'd be too tired to play when you got where you're going. That's why your Momma and I will carry you everywhere you need to go, or you'll be in your stroller." Winter finished with a happy grin. "speaking of strollers, there's yours, what do you think?"

Just then Cinder wheeled a pink stroller into the room with Winter and Ruby. It was a convertible style model where the baby is reclined and faces the mother. The interior padding was pink while the 5 point harness straps were the same red as Ruby's cloak and there was white lace trimmings on the sun shade of the stroller. Along the bar above where the little one would sit were some soft toys that jingled, or could be chewed on or made some other noise to keep the baby entertained.

Wiess wined a little at being told she wasn't a big girl but otherwise didn't protest, she just closed her eyes shut and held onto Yang tightly and sought comfort in the only way she could at the moment. Wiess only opened her eyes again when her new mommy yelled "Surprise" and what she saw took her breath away and left her staring with mouth agape. On the other side of the doorway was a nursey out of some fairy tale. The walls were covered in blue snowflake themed wall paper and there was white plush carpet on the floor. In the far side of the room stood a large white crib with blue snowflake themed bedding. In the corner next to the crib there was a large rocking chair with soft blue padding and on the right wall adjacent to the crib stood the large imposing changing table, stocked full of diapers of all kinds and patterns and lots and lots of other items a baby would need. The tears continued to stream down Wiess's face as she didn't know whether she was crying in happiness that her mommy had done this for her or in sadness lamenting her destiny as the padded princess who lived in this nursery.
