Matt sat in his boarding house in the living room on his recliner in a black shirt and blue jeans, watching t.v., just a simple basketball game, wondering if anyone would take up the offers for a room to rent. He had plenty to rent out, but so far none were taken. He was 6'1, had short dirty blonde hair, a good stomach, but not a large one, and blue eyes. The house had a living room, with two leather black couches and one leather recliner, a large flat screen, a large kitchen, with an island in the middle, large fridge, etc. There were three flights of stairs, 3 levels of rooms including the downstairs, and the attic.

"the attic? well i have plenty of rooms with locks that are private, and the walls are thick so you can't hear others, and the floors and ceilings are thick as well so you're nearly sound proof" he says as they made their way up to the attic
