The Interrogation of Annie Leonhart [Private for HRE superfunnel and The_Enigma]
Annie slumped in her chains, a sheen of sweat glistening on her skin as she panted. This was the third time in as many hours that she had tried struggling free of her bonds, spasmodically flailing in some wild attempt to somehow cast off the wrought-iron bands that held her. The whole ordeal was an exercise in futility, though, as it produced the same result every time; still being chained to a wall in the drafty basement of an old castle.
Her eyes flitted desperately to her thumb, where her ring had rested before she blacked out. If she had her ring, she could have instigated a titan transformation and broken free. As it was, however, the most damage she could do to herself was chafing her wrists against her less-than-comfortable handcuffs.
Truth be told, she couldn't remember exactly how she had gotten here. The last thing she really remembered lucidly was staring down at Eren Jaeger as he tried to coax her into a tunnel. Everything got fuzzy after that, and now the only waking memories she'd had for the past three hours were being chained to a goddamned wall.
She watched her sweat drip onto the floor below her, thinking grim thoughts as she imagined what was in store for her.
