Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

While Dokkoida's good, the diapers aren't really a plotpoint. Mostly just a running gag in reference to Dokkoida's superhero outfit.
The manga (but not anime) of Elfen Lied features a girl named Nozomi who is incontinent and wears diapers. The manga even features a side story/special detailing how she came to be incontinent and her life until she moves into the inn where the less gory details of the story take place. Be warned though that the series is incredibly graphic in terms of nudity and gore.

'Bondage Game' has a couple of diaper scenes - in episode 2 (I believe) a female slave is given an enema and strapped into a diaper then very obviously uses it, later the same character is shown in a pushchair.

Mai Otome supposedly has an infantilist scene, I've seen some screenshots but was never interested in the first series, Mai Hime, enough to watch it. There's definitely a chunk of Shoujo-Ai in there as well... I was amazed it didn't hold my interest.
High School Girls the manga had a scene where the main character was using a feminine hygiene product that looked and functioned basically like a diaper, her friends ribbed her for it.
And yeah, Elfen Lied had some good diaper scenes but they cut Nozumi out of the anime, it was probably to edgy for a mass audience (yet all the graphic gore and violence remained...)

found least two torrents for it on the first page of listings though one looks like it might be for the game ver not the movie but one is for the first 2 episodes
