Rules of Magic

Magic if a wonderful thing, but of course there are many rules to be considered before deciding to even try and use it, many of these rules have been made by Serenity herself to prevent chaos within the house.

1. Teleportation is Illegal

Due to criminals abusing the ability the spell has been banned from everywhere, including La Lune, the ability has now practically been forgotten due to it being lost to time and how unstable the spell in general is.

2. Regression spells are only used with permission.

Since many in this house use diapers and childish things as a way of regaining ones childhood, of course many have considered this sort of spell for those who want to be truly helpless however...it must only be done if the person is okay with it whether for punishment or otherwise.

3. No overuse of magic.

This is dangerous, magic is used from one's energy and soul thus can cause great damage if used over your limit. No using powerful spells no creature in this realm can perform it could either cause irreversible damage to even death. This is why young children are banned from learning magic until they become of age.

4. No misusing the restraint charm

This charm is for the kiddos who try to use their abilities to escape, it is unbreakable however it is not to be misused. Do not force someone down unless you have good reason, whether it is for the protection of the person being casted on or other people...or even so a child would take their punishment. No using it for harm.

5. No mind control as it is an illegal spell.

This is very obvious, anything that controls the will of someone else is an extremely serious crime and will be very seriously punished. Serenity will not tolerate such abuse of power.
