The only reson someone would piss or crap in their bed is if they have a urine or poop fetish, or if they're waiting until their parents are just fed up and put them in diapers and put a plastic sheet on their bed. That's probably why he's doing it. You're better off telling them, because some people just can't take hint.

Guys come on now there are some people that have trouble speaking or typing English for various reasons and we should respect those reasons. However, I have to say that wetting and pooping your bed if that is what you are trying to say is not going to get you into diapers. You are better off telling them because they are going to take you to the doctor probably first so that they can see if there is anything wrong with you and the doctor may or may not prescribe some kind of medication. So you are better off just telling them as previous people have said.

Bandit Keith in the American dub was a hyper Americanized character, Yugioh Abridged took that a step further by making his tagline 'American' and having him insert America into parts of his speech. There's a line where he says just that, of course I know that English is the language being an English Major, but I find that that quote is an appropriate caricaturization for the typical American.
