I recently found a picture of Mindy (From "Buttons & Mindy") wearing a diaper in an online scanned copy of the Animaniacs comic book, issue #38. She was competing in a baby beauty contest and one of the nasty mothers switched her clean diaper with a loaded one in an attempt to ruin her chances of winning the contest -> http://readcomiconline.to/Comic/Anim...38?id=51704#15 (Just follow the link to see the picture - I can't post an image of the scanned page here since no off-site picture host that I know of will allow an upload of copyrighted material). You can read that entire scanned comic online (Follow the previous link and use the navigation buttons on top to move through the pages) and more comics at -> http://readcomiconline.to. Enjoy!
Update: I noticed that the first link does not automatically redirect to the exact page that shows Mindy in a diaper (Page #15). It instead goes to the cover page of the comic book. Just click on the first link and then go to the top and select "15" in the "Page" drop-down list and the site will redirect you to the correct page.

I'm not sure if mgroenke5426 only wanted to limit the diapered characters in this thread to only famous cartoon ones but I've found a cute baby girl OC in an adorable story written and illustrated by freelance author and artist Karen B. Jones in her children's book "The Squishy, Stinky Diaper" (See sample excerpts hotlinked from her site):
"The Squishy, Stinky Diaper" by Karen B. Jones can be purchased (Full sized version with new illustrations) at -> https://www.amazon.com/Squishy-Stink.../dp/1508866163 in eBook or paperback form. Peeps can also view the complete, resized (Not full sized) version of the children's book at Karen B. Jones' online portfolio -> https://karenbjones.com/portfolio/la...stinky-diaper/!

Here is more cuteness in the form of a diaper wearing Baby Miss Piggy from Jim Henson's Muppet Babies in a children's book titled "Bye-Bye, Diapers" published by Golden Books in 1991 (Original board back book) and in 1999 (Reprint standard Golden Books format with yellow spine).
The cover from the original 1991 version.
The cover from the reprint 1999 version.

Here is a rare find that I recently came across - I located a few sample pages from "The Cry-Baby of Metropolis" story that was featured in a "Lois Lane" comic book (Cover and a few sample pages scanned from various sources) published by DC Comics in 1959 that depict Lois Lane AR'ed into a baby!

The New Year is beginning with a good start - I just found a scanned section of the "Lois Lane" comic book issue number 102 intact (Full sized pages, not cut out parts of pages!) which has a reprint of the complete story that was originally released in issue number 10 where she is AR'ed into a baby girl in diapers (See the previous post which only had a cover and a few sample broken pages available from issue number 10)! There's one interesting fact: In page four of the original release (Issue No. 10), Lois' pajamas are colored Yellow but in the reprint, her pajamas are colored green. Also in pages 7 to 9 of the original release, AR'ed Lois can been seen wearing a yellow hair bow but in the reprint, the hair bow is colored pink! I guess that DC Comics did that so that they could say that it was not a true reprint of the original story if people complained that it was just a reprint that was being used as a filler to take up one third of the space of a thirty page comic book that was supposed to be filled with new stories. The cover for issue number 102 can bee seen here.
I have attached all nine of the intact, full sized, scanned pages of the reprint story in issue number 102 and the cover from issue number 10 (Scroll all the way down this post for the first five attachments. The last five attachments are in the next post [Sorry, the system only allows a maximum of five attachments per post]). For ease of reading, I would suggest that peeps compress all ten picture files into a RAR archive, rename the file extension of the RAR archive from ".rar" to ".cbr" then use freeware CDisplay Ex comic book reader (Free download at -> http://www.cdisplayex.com/) to view the entire story (Note: The CBR archive is just a RAR archive with a file extension of ".cbr". Peeps who don't want to use CDisplay Ex can skip making the archive and just view each picture with Windows picture Viewer or any other application (It is best to use CDisplay EX since it has algorithms that correct bland colors and transparencies usually found in scans of old comic books, according to their website). Enjoy!

In this post I have attached the remaining five intact, full sized, scanned pages of the reprint story in issue number 102 ([Sorry, the system only allows a maximum of five attachments per post, so I had to create this new post to contain the remaining attachments]). Enjoy!

More characters wearing diapers can be seen in a few sample pages (Scanned from various sources) that I discovered in Marvel Comic's "Thor and The Warriors Four" Issue Number 3 that was released in June 2, 2010. In the comic book, Thor and the Gods and Goddesses of Asgard have been AR'ed into babies by Loki in a scheme in which Loki plans to usurp Odin's throne!
