Tails sighed as he looked up at Neo. He was in just his light blue speedos and a bit sweaty from putting on a bit of a show today against some scrub. He wasn't too worried about that though.

He was more concerned about his boyfriend leaving the Wrestling League. After so long of pushing the Anarchy and finally getting his heel status back just a few weeks ago, he was ending it all here.

"Are you sure about this Neo?" Tails asked, wondering if he should do the same to follow suit or not. He probably wouldn't since it was a thing he liked doing with the others, plus it calmed Eggman down a bit more (not always but more than usual).

Neo smiled warmly at Tails, nodding a bit. "I know this kinda came out of the blue, and I do apologize if that's put any extra pressure or stress on you and Eggman," The fox stated "But I noticed that, for you, being the baby slave in the relationship wasn't exactly a high point... So, I wanted to make a bit of a change to that..."

The fox was blushing a bit as he stood before Tails, still wearing his rather flashy trunks and boots from his wrestling uniform. It was a hard climb to get back to the top where he once was, and that just made it even sweeter when he was perched on his throne again. However, that didn't mean everything was fine and dandy for him and Tails. No, Neo knew that diapers and humiliation weren't exactly things Tails enjoyed taking part in, and that he went along with it because of their dare so many weeks ago. Along with that, the flashy fox hadn't really indulged in his own fantasies for quite awhile either. He of course had a way to fix both of these issues, but it was a bit of a drastic move on his part...

"Well... alright..." Tails sighed. The day was over anyway so it wasn't like he had long to wait before the idea was revealed. Perhaps they could even go out and celebrate his newfound look at their situation a bit more. Who knows?

The two of them walked home together, Tails back in his regular clothes and yawning as he walked down the street and eventually getting back into his workshop. "What is it that you plan to do?"

Neo had changed to his street clothes (white shirt and black pants, but no diaper), and was blushing a bit as they entered Tails' workshop. "Well, I've been enjoying my time back at the top in the league, and while it's been fun, I'm sure you've noticed that any kinky ideas I have tend to be at your expense. I've been riding this high for weeks now and I'm finally realizing that I've been neglecting my own interests and, much more importantly, your happiness..."

The black fox sighed a bit as he looked into Tails' eyes, smiling a bit. "I guess I'm beating around the bush, huh?" He chuckled just a bit before continuing. "What I'm trying to get at is that I think it's time I slide back into that silly fun-loving me that you got to know and let you have your fun again." Neo put his hand on Tails' shoulder. "As of right now, I'd say that your time as a baby slave is over, and to make it up to you for how much of an ass I was during that time, I'd like to be YOUR baby slave in return..."

Tails blushed super hard and stared up at Neo, almost with sparkling eyes. "Oh... oh no... no, you got it wrong. I mean... yeah it was embarrassing and downright degrading what was happening. I didn't enjoy it in a certain sense but I never thought you were a jerk for doing it. Humiliation can act as a nice kink... sometimes even for me a bit." Tails trailed off but shook his head as he looked down. "Though... admittedly... it was a lot more fun doing it to you... b-baby slave huh?"

Neo blushed brightly and nodded, still smiling warmly at his boyfriend. "Yeah, I figured you had more fun when you were in charge, and admittedly, I think I'm a bit more suited for taking the humiliation, wouldn't you say?" The fox knew he was getting himself in pretty deep here; he fought so hard to avoid being a baby slave before, and yet he couldn't deny that the time he spent under Tails was a blast, even if it was utterly humiliating (if anything, maybe that's why it was fun!). "I've had my fun in the limelight, and I'm sure I could work my way back up to it if need be; the trip always ends up being more fun than the end result. So, how about it? Wanna be back on top?"

Tails smiled lightly, blushing a ton now. He nodded lightly before getting a serious look on his face and clearing his throat. "N-Now... we've got to be clear... you're SURE about this right Neo?" He reiterated. "Being a Baby Slave isn't something we should be making light of. If we set this up as an official thing, I want it to be a mutual agreement between the two of us." Tails said. "Which means no backing out of what I do to you. You can complain and whine, in fact, I prefer that... it's kind of sexy... but ...well, maybe we should draw up a contract."

Neo was still smiling, though his blush was definitely growing! "Yeah, a contract sounds like a good idea, so we know exactly how this is gonna work," He said with a nod. The fox was definitely glad his boyfriend was interested in his offer; he could already see that bright sparkle in Tails' eyes! He also knew that he'd pretty much be stuck confronting his love/hate relationship with humiliation, and for Neo, he was -mostly- alright with that.

The next scene showed the two of them sitting at a table with a long paper stretched out over top of it. It had a lot of words and rules on it, some of which Tails felt the need to emphasis a bit.

"I can do whatever I want to you, WHENEVER I want, and WHEREVER I want. That means public places are all fair game. That means even if you're tired or exhausted I can still have my way with you. Even if I were to wake you in the middle of the night. Don't count on that too often since I need my beauty sleep as well but still."

Tails went to the next one. "I can elicit anyone I want to help humiliate and punish you as I see fit. It doesn't matter who." He scrolled down a bit more. "The rules I lay out in the house are final and are separate from the ones on this contract. Meaning, stuff like what time I send you to bed will be tertiary baby rules I'm free to change whenever I want."

He went through some more. "Expect talking back to be met with harsher punishment. Expect the same when it comes to resistance. If I tell you to do something and you don't do it, expect that as well. Even if it's something like "I order you to get hard in your pants on command" and you don't do it, I reserve the right to not care about how physically impossible it is for someone to erect themselves on the spot and punish you regardless."

Tails was making everything he could clear just so Neo was absolutely sure he wanted this. Cause the instant Neo signed his name, they were starting this shit and it wasn't going to end.

Neo nodded with every rule stated on the contract, his heart beginning to race; hearing all of this aloud was really reminding the fox of how deep he was getting himself into this. Still, his kinky desires kept him moving forward, reminding him that he really wanted this (even if it would be an inconvenience from time to time). "I'm certainly looking forward to some creative punishments; I'm sure you've got plenty of them for me," Neo said as he looked the rest of the contract over.

"Now, aside from the contract itself, would you perhaps want something along the lines of a physical representation of our little agreement? Like, perhaps... a collar?" The black fox blushed darkly as he asked this; even though he knew he'd have to go along with all of Tails' ideas, that didn't mean he didn't have a few of his own he wanted to bring forward!
