My Hero Academia: specifically Izuku and Mina, Mina because I see her as a trouble maker by pulling pranks and felling class so a punishment would work or I can see totally be a Diaper Lover wanting a Mommy and receive baby treatment.
Izuku/Deku well for him it's simple due to him constantly hurting himself due to his quirk he would need to heal his broken body getting him into Diapers would be easy heck the Pro Hero's could make it an assignment for the class.
My Little witch Academia: I can see Akko messing up her magic spells or a Diaper punishment for felling class heck she can be a Diaper Lover I mean in my opinion she already act's like a small child giving her baby treatment would be easy.
I can also see Diana A.K.A little Ms perfect in Diapers because she secretly likes them and finds Diapers to be a great stress reliever or she's blackmailed by someone
