In the suburbs of Raleigh, North Carolina, there was a wealthy family with two young heiresses, twin sisters named Rose and Sara. They were 18-year-old brunettes who had been identical from birth, though their personalities were polar opposites. Rose, the elder, was a tomboy who put blue streaks in her hair, whereas Sara, the younger, was a girly girl who preferred red streaks in her own mane.

There was one thing they had in common though. They both wore incredibly thick diapers, and happily relieved themselves in all three manners in them. And despite their differences, they were as tight as could be.

In fact, they had come to associate diapers with all manner of pleasure. They likely could have used their family's immense wealth to resolve their issues, but they decided not to bother, having grown too attached to padding.

Rose began to stir as Daisy approached her bedside, her diaper quite messy right now.

"Good morning, m'lady," Daisy greeted her in her exotic Australian accent. "Sleep well?"

"I did, Daisy," she replied, giggling as the maid fanned the air.

Daisy was actually used to the smell; she just had a flair for dramatics. "Let's get this nappy changed."
