Hey all!

Breaking news! Justin Roiland, the lead voice actor and co-creator of "Adventures of Rick and Morty" animated series is leaving the series pending his felony domestic violence court case as Adult Swim distances itself from him. But not to worry - The series will continue with the lead voice roles of Rick Sanchez and Morty Smith to be handled by voice actor, Sean Kelly who can be heard on a Tik Tok video performing the voices on a near-identical level. Upon hearing Sean Kelly's rendition performance of the characters, Justin Roiland admits "Yeah, that's, that's like scary, scary close. If you were to play that next to me doing that, people would have a hard time knowing which was which." (See the article here and see the video here). Wobalovadubdub, folks! Like the old saying goes, "The show must go on." ...

It now appears that both of of the roles of Rick and Morty, thought earlier to be favored by the series creator, Justin Roiland, to be assigned to be taken up by voice actor, Shawn Kelly (See above post), is now officially TBD (To Be Determined). See the following article here which also hints at some of the details of Season 7 of the show which is scheduled to be released on Adult Swim on October 15th, 2023. As for the rest of the cast, Sarah Chalke, Spencer Grammer, and Chris Parnell will all return to voice the roles of Beth, Summer, and Jerry respectively.

To many peeps' surprise, after an exhausting six month casting call with thousands of hopefuls, two actors Ian Cardoni and Harry Belden were chosen to play the respective roles of Rick and Morty, rather than Justin Roiland's initial favored choice to play both parts, Sean Kelly (See Post #1 above). Also, see the section called "Rick and Morty Season 7 Cast" in the following article here.

Actor Ian Cardoni will be the new voice of Rick Sanchez, while actor Harry Belden will play the new Morty Smith (See the TikTok video "How did they cast the new Rick and Morty?" here). Be sure to read the surprised, outcry comments below the linked video!

Also, as reported earlier, Sarah Chalke, Spencer Grammer, and Chris Parnell will continue to be respectively voicing the characters of Beth, Summer, and Jerry.
