My idea is instead of Nate or Nora being spared by Kellogg at the beginning of the game it’s actually a older brother to Shaun. Around fourteen years old and is completely diaper dependent though he is easily one of the brightest minds around and has quite the sliver tongue. He would find either piper or maybe a mrs nanny he hacks to be his caretaker and uses his intelligence to make upgrades to. His mission leads him to killing Kellogg and joining the railroad becoming totally fascinated with glory and Synths and the plot would develop around how he helps the wastes
