Sakura Kinomoto was currently at the bakery getting a birthday cake to celebrate her late mothers birthday “Vanilla cake with vanilla frosting with extra strawberries just the way mom loved it.” She said happily after paying for it “Kero probably gonna wanna slice .” She thought to herself giggling making sure to have an extra slice aside for him when she got him knowing how impatient he gets when it comes to sweets before she stepped to the front door of her house “I’m home!!!” Knowing her father and brother wouldn’t be back for awhile and assumed Kero was home.

"Is that really you, Sakura?" a voice called out.

Sakura blinked and heard the familiar voice and quickly went to the kitchen and put the cake down and went to see where the voice was

There, sitting in the living room, was a presence that Sakura had not seen or felt in a long time.

Sakura got a closer look “M.mommy.. is… that you?” Not sure if it was really her or this was another trick l but had her staff ready in case of an attack while she walked closer to feel the woman or was just her mothers ghost

Sakura felt the warm the embrace of her mother and didn’t feel like a ghost or any kind of magic as the brunette teared up abit “Mom.mommy I’ve missed you so much your really here!”

Sakura smiled happily and hugged her mother putting her staff key away for the moment “But how? Are you just back for your birthday?” She didn’t sense any clow magic around the house plus Kero would’ve alerted her if something was up
