Big Mac carried the apples throughout the farm as he worked the chores for the day. Granny and Applejack had headed out of town, leaving just him and Applebloom. He was doing the bulk of the chores while Applebloom and her friends were in the house, and he also had no idea what they were planning…

Indeed, Apple Bloom was waiting to ambush him with Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo. The three of them had had yet another outlandish idea for how to acquire their cutie marks, and they intended to have Big Mac help them, even if he did not wish to do so.

He eventually came back inside to get a drink, only for Sweetie Belle to zap him with a spell she had been practicing. Causing him to get knocked out as he fell to the floor. “All right, let’s get everything ready!” Scootaloo said excitedly.

Apple Bloom grinned as she and her friends began to undress her brother completely, before producing a red diaper big enough to fit him comfortably. Working together, they carefully fastened it around his loins.

As they do that, they also make sure his room is… rearranged, to how they need it. “Alright, time for the spell before he wakes up.” Sweetiebelle said before she started concentrating on Big Mac, her, Applebloom, and Scootaloo before she engulfed them all in light.

“Try lifting that table.” Sweetiebelle said to Applebloom as she wanted to know if it had worked.

Apple Bloom nodded and went to try to lift it with one hand, able to do so with such ease. "Yeah, it works. But just in case he tries to put up a fuss, maybe we should restraint the little colt." Luckily, both the crib and the changing table with affixed with wrist and ankle cuffs.

Sweetie Belle smiled as she started going over things while Scootaloo got Big Mac in the crib. “So Apple Bloom has his strength, Scootaloo has his speed, and I have all of his knowledge on how the farm works.” She said contently.

"Then it looks like we're all set," said Apple Bloom as she fastened her brother's hands and feet to the crib. "Now, we just have to wait for him to wake up."

They all waited as Big Mac eventually woke up and yawned, feeling… weaker. “What the…” He asked before he looked around and saw his sister and her friends… and he was in a nursery. “What’s going on?!” He whined as he started trying to get out.

And failing.

They giggled at his helplessness, finding it rather adorable. "Hope you feel like being pampered, 'Big Brother.'" Apple Bloom quipped as she approached, "Because that's how you're going to help us get our marks."
