Penny's Padding Predicament

Penny was more than a little nervous. How could she not be? After the whole Team Star incident she'd thought that the hammer would have come down a lot harder on her for her role in it despite the effort she went through to eventually correct things. Of course there was a lot of weird stuff that happened too, what with Area Zero and all, so maybe she was just so caught up with how everything turned out, but she sort of just figured that once it was all said and done, that was it.

Of course this couldn't be further from the truth, once everything finally settled down, she finally ended up receiving the punishment she thought she was going to get. Honestly she was a little relieved when it did happen, now she no longer had to worry about it in the back of her mind, some possible punishment coming her way, and once she was done she could shut this whole chapter of her life and leave it behind her. The only real question now was what exactly this was about. She hadn't really been told much of what she'd be experiencing, and mostly she understood that this was some sort of 'counseling' for her. Not the sort of punishment she expected, but she wouldn't complain too much, it could have been way worse after all. Although she didn't know who she was meeting, or what they would be doing here, all Penny knew was that she was going to be here until they were finished, however long that took. The document she'd been given had been rather vague about everything, and she assumed that it was so she couldn't anticipate what was coming and possibly work to lessen whatever she was going to experience? Well she wasn't interested in doing that anyway, wanting to just get on with things.

Penny rung the doorbell of the building she was standing in front of. This was the address she'd been given after all.

A voice rang from the inside asking for a moment. About 90 seconds passed before Hailie opened the door, a sheepish look on her face. The girl seemed to just be a couple years older than Penny and her outfit had a pin on it that labeled her as a Champion of Galar. She looked Penny up and down before nodding and letting her in. “Sorry for the wait, was finishing something up and didn’t notice the time.” She says sheepishly, leading her to her living room. While her accommodations were at the school and her living space the size of a faculty member’s place, she wasn’t a teacher at the Academy. However, her reason for her living space would soon become very apparent to the younger girl.

As Hailie led Penny to sit down and offered her a drink, she took a breath. “So, what all have they told you?” She asked, not really sure how much detail the faculty put into telling Penny. As much as she wanted to get right to it and explain things, she didn’t want to overwhelm the poor girl.

"Oh uh, that's fine, not a big deal." Penny said, somewhat awkwardly as she looked at the girl who had opened the door. Whomever it was didn't look much older than her, but the thing she noticed right away was the pin denoting that this girl was a champion. Penny went into the living room, her mind racing at the implications, if this girl was a champion obviously they figured she had some amount of authority, perhaps this was something the girl was known for? Penny sat down, and accepted the drink, not specifying what just saying 'yeah sure' to it.

"Well uhm.. They didn't really tell me much of anything? Everything was a bit vague, I just know that I had to come here and spend some time here with you. I figured this was some sort of punishment, but I couldn't really tell what exactly, not from the info the decided to give me anyway." Penny said as she fidgeted a little, her hands rolling over one another as she kept them occupied, her eyes wandering all over the room to have any excuse to not stare directly at the woman in front of her. "Oh and my name is Penny, but you probably know that already." Penny added, figuring the girl likely knew whatever the school had told her in regards to the situation.

“Hailie.” She said, introducing herself before thinking how best to phrase what was in store for Penny. After a moment, she decided to just say it. “You’re here to undergo age regression. It’s a method to help with stress and other various things. While here, you’ll be in diapers and like a toddler.” She began to explain, her tone even and calm. After gauging Penny’s reaction, she decided to just ask. “But first, have you ever been spanked?”

Penny listened as the girl, Hailie, continued to speak, but she thought she must have misheard because Hailie was taking about... Regression? Wearing diapers?! Penny seemed more than a little flabbergasted at what she was hearing, obviously it had to be some kind of joke right? Though as she sat there, it became apparent that Hailie wasn't joking at all, which worried her even further. Before Penny could properly voice her complaints however, the next question also threw her for a loop, completely derailing her own train of thought.

"I mean, probably when I was a little kid." Penny said, unable to really recall any instance of being spanked in her life, it was possible it had happened, but not in any meaningful way, at most it had been maybe a few halfhearted swats to her backside, but nothing that would have left any sort of impression. "You're serious? About the diapers?" Penny questioned, hoping that it was a joke of some kind, but feeling Hailie was entirely serious about it.

“Perfectly serious. And judging by what I’ve heard of you, measures like this are effective to help you get close with someone and feel protected. You can probably guess that depending on someone could really help with what you need help with.” Hailie explained, moving close and gently rubbing her back.

"Uh.." Penny just sat there in a rather shocked state as Hailie confirmed that the woman was not joking, she tried to process that as Hailie moved closer and began rubbing her back. Obviously she had trouble believing she'd need to wear diapers, but maybe it wasn't as bad as she was thinking. "When you say that, you don't mean I have to.. Use them do I?" Penny asked, a clear look of disgust on her face, the idea of having to wear a diaper was humiliating, but having to use one? That sounded like it was going to be horrible.

“It’s not a requirement, no. But, I’ll tell you that I’ve had a few charges in the past who were fine with wearing, but not using and they eventually got comfortable enough to use them in the privacy of the house.” Hailie explained softly. “If that doesn’t happen with you, it doesn’t happen. But the things like bottle-feeding and such will still be happening. On occasion, but maybe more if you start to appreciate them.” She added, trying to ease Penny’s worry and anxiety as much as she could before giving her the first spanking.

Penny breathed a sigh of relief as she was told that she didn't actually have to use the diapers she'd be forced to wear, not thinking much more on it as she was certain she'd never willingly use the diapers if she didn't have to, of course the additional matters of being bottle fed weren't something she wanted to partake in either. Quickly she surmised that this was some sort of, embarrassing punishment, she absolutely didn't get it, maybe it was supposed to be a sort of, juxtaposition of how she used to be when she had been the leader of Team Star? She couldn't exactly say. "Right, I guess if I'm going to be here we might as well get it started." Penny said, not exactly eager to begin, but not wanting to delay things further.

Hailie nodded softly and adjusted herself so she was sitting up straight. “Okay. I want you to go ahead and bare your own bottom then come over my lap. Normally, I’d be the one doing that, but I want to know you’re serious about accepting all this.” She instructed.
