I've had no problems with them really. Only when i'm sitting or laying have i ever had a problem with them leaking. I can stand or squat and pee full force and nothing will leak out at all. Not a single drop. So, they are okay. I'll be honest, i won't be buying them again though, i much prefer tab diapers.
