This alters the story (2 endings), your appearance, and how your companions treat you. The game is available on Xbox and on PC on Steam. I would highly recommend it.

kotor was amazing, there is also an older fps, jedi knight, where your actions would also lean you towards either the dark side or the light side. also a fantastic game

Black and white I hear has that system, didn't actually play it.
Shin megami taisen strange journey allows you to choose between lawful, neutral and chaotic attributes by the answers you give in game. It determines the ending boss of the game as well as which demons you could combo attack with. It might be what you're looking for, though lawful doesn't exactly equal good and chaotic isn't exactly evil.

Fallout was only mentioned once? Wow. Anyway, Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas are AMAZING. Army of 2 the 40th Day is good too, but it's more choice between good and evil than it is a true RPG.

Knights of the Old Republic I and II were great games, where some of your choices came back to haunt you, I would highly recommend playing both, Fable is a fairly good rpg series if you can get over some of the humor.
