"SISSY" TAKES CHARGE (private for shadow1525)

Sighing deeply, Neilly slowly calmed down, and tried to relax. Exerting a conscious effort to lay still, he wished for nothing more than to hold his sissy's hand, but knowing they were occupied he tried to console himself instead by twisting the soft hem of her skirt around his tiny hand, and grasping it tightly....

It wasn't much longer before Neilly finally felt like all the icky, and stinky poopie had been cleaned, and removed from his soft, sensitive, and pale, white skin. Turning back he stared appreciatively up into his sister's caring, concerned, angelic, eyes, and said, "Tanks fer cweaning me. It all off now, wight?" Then holding his arms out to clearly indicate he needed to be held, he smiled shamefully, and said, "Oh Sissy... I jus' wuvs you so much...."

"Good boy, now you just keep it up so I can work a little faster okay? And then when I'm all done I'll get you a nice little treat." Kira encouraged as she laid cotton cloth over Neil's privates to prevent any unexpected showers before leaning forward to gently kiss him on the forehead. "I'm almost done, we just have to get you little bottom alright, so you just keep being a good boy, and hold still for just a while longer." She cooed encouragingly before lifting the little boy up by his ankles to raise his bottom off of the once folded soiled diaper where it had been resting to quickly clean it off with the use of a few wipes inside of two or so minutes. Finally The older sister gently lowered her younger sibling and went over every thing once more, including the creases of his upper legs, and under his privates once more, before carefully pitching all the used wipes into the soiled diaper, and delicately wrapping it up into a bulging squared off ball form.

"Okay, let's get the new one on now." Kira smiled, as she gently picked Neil up once more, to lay the new Disney themed Huggies under him, and then just as gently lowered his little bottom back into before applying a generous amount of powder, and tapping it up snugly across his thin little waist. "There we go, all clean now." The older sister cooed, lifting her beloved younger brother into a comforting hug. "And I love you too silly, and I love changing you diapers just as much, so don't ever worry about them, and just let me clean up all your poopie and pee pee alright?" She encouraged while carrying the freshly diapered boy over to the kitchen in one arm to allow him to select juice or milk to drink with a little snack.

Glad to once again be clean, and feeling much better now, Neilly rested comfortably in his sissy's arms, and allowed her to carry him easily into the kitchen for his "treat". Gratefully returning her hug, he Looked down to inspect the new, fresh, diadee that "Kirwa" had now taped him into so snugly. He noticed that this time instead of the picture of Mickey Mouse, it was Donald Duck that covered his privates. Always an imaginative, and creative child, Neilly was sruck by a funny thought. Giggling now, he kissed "Sissy" sweetly on the cheek, then shared the idea he'd found so funny. "Kirwa, what Donald gonna do? Cause if I go tinkle in dis diadee his face gonna wook jus' wike his bill.... Oh, an' can I has de pink milk dat tase wike stwawberwy, an de double stuff E.L. Fudge cookies fer my snack?", he asked expectantly in hopes of hearing both her praise, and approval.

"He'll just have to turn yellow like your pee pee huh?" Kira cooed as she returned his kiss while getting out a sippy cup, and washing it out quickly. "Well if you have strawberry milk, then no cookies, that's too much sugar. But if you want to have just some regular milk, then you can have just a few cookies alright?" She informed him while going over to the various cabinets in the spacious kitchen to find the desired snack. "And then after you get done we'll go do some more shopping, and let you play in the park huh?" Kira suggested as she located the package of cookies.

Neilly felt angry and disappointed over the fact that "Kirwa" refused to give him exactly what he wanted. Grabbing the sippy cup that was full of white milk, rather than the pink kind that he wanted, from her rather rudely, he exclaimed, "No fair! I wanted stwaberwy milk, AN' E.L. Fudge Cookies.... I wanted BOFTH!" So great was his frustration, that for an instant he contemplated hurling his sippy cup against the wall, and then demand that she replace it with what it was that he'd asked for.... Indeed, had mommy been there instead of his strict sissy, he would surely have done so! Luckily for him, Neilly desperately wanted his big sister to be proud of him. That fact, combined with "Kirwa's" history of consistent kindness towards him, her promise of buying him a toy later on, when they went shopping, if he was "good", as well as the frequent reminders she'd recently been giving him of "consequents" for naughty behavior, saved him from himself....

Scowling, the sweet, but spoiled, little, four year old ate his cookies, and drank his white milk. Finished with his snack he handed his sippy cup back to "Sissy", and then after burping unexpectedly, said, "I finish.... We gonna weave now? I 'till gettin' a toy water, wight?"

Kira gently pat the little boy on the head in an attempt to rid him of the scowl, knowing full well he wouldn't understand what was too much sugar and what wasn't. "Now what to we say when we burp Neilly?" She cooed, always insisting the boy had decent manners when it came to that sort of thing. "And first I think we ought to put some pants over your diaper don't you?" The older sister pointed out not having replaced his pants after the last change of his diaper. "We could take you out like that if you wanted though, I think it'd be pretty cute, and you'd probably get more nice compliments from people than usual." Kira giggled, and began her trip up the stairs while carrying the boy on her hip after dropping the sippy cup in a sink full of soapy water.
