Granted one year lacking growth is excusable do to the chamber of secrets situation how left her frozen in a stone-like state nearly that whole school year. Its perhaps possible some magic stunted her physical aging as Hermione has done quite alot of risky things. Though Hermione was dismayed to be put in a booster seat and she already dreaded eating the heavy and rich food knowing chances are a full pull-up awaits her if her attempt to get into the bathroom fails when it hits still she was eating her food
