In relation to the Copyright law; ANYTHING that someone makes is copyrighted in its own right. For example; a story created by the minds of a small group of people and posted up on a website IS under copyright law and if that story is stolen by someone else and they try and sell it for a profit, they can be sued.

How do I know? Because thats exactly what happened to my friends and I - we had a story of ours posted on our website and someone stole it and tried to get money for it. We talked with our lawyer and even HE confirmed that because our story was legally binded by copyright laws (IP: Intellictual property) we can sue and we did.

It's the same with artwork and its the same with videos. The exception are fan-made videos, thus are actually no copyright bound to the creator but can still fall under IP. Sadly, the US copyright law is very finicky.

The producer said it was a preview film - sort of a pitch type thing to try and sell a feature length idea. He was trying to get someone to buy into it, and he wanted to do it fast enough while that particular actress was still young enough to do it (she does have some professional experience, though at the moment I forget what else she stared in, but I know I saw it). One can kind of see why - imagine pitching this idea to a young actress, "Now what happens in this scene is that you get forced into diapers... And then you'll pretty much be in them for the rest of the movie." Yeah.

He also said there was a lot more to the story than was shown there, and what appeared to happen is not what really happened. Of course he refused to say any more than that (would be pretty stupid to).

Yes, I got the 22 min version off of veoh a while back. Its not really that great a preview film; it gives you the impression that the girl shot her mom with a gun. But it is the only preview film I know of that has explicit forced diapering. This is why it caught the attention of the ABDL community.
