This idea just came to me this morning and I had to get it out and down before I forgot it.

Whatever Planet, species, whichever gender, and back ground, the patients, and staff are a mix of species but the patients are here because they were deemed dangerous but not dangerous to be locked up in prisons around the galaxy. Diapers are worn by the patients full time except in bathing, there are differing wards, one for children, one for teen, and one for adults, for children boys and girls, the caretakers are women, for teens the caretakers are both women and men depending on the case, and the adults are often just assigned a caretaker.

Okay, well I'm taking the perspective of a Twi'lek child named Zima who witnessed a double murder suicide of her family and was sent here and wets her bed at night. We will need staff and patients, preferably equal in number, 2-2, 3-3, or so on.

Let me know who wants to be a patient and who wants to be staff, staff can carry stun weapons to defend themselves from unruly patients, and the staff are resistant to force power due to intense training for their job.
