Idea #1: Heading home from the Digital World something gose wrong and interested of returning to her world she is send to a alternate world where people her age are still considered and treated as babies and she switches places with that worlds version of herself and this worlds version of her mother finds her and believes her to be The Kari form her world and sees how see is wearing different clothes and thinks she was just playing dress up and takes her to the room of this worlds kari and Diapers her.
Idea #2: Kari is Kidnap by lady Myotismon/MadamMyotismon (I'm not sure what here real name is i think it's one of those)

for revenge for destroying Myotismon and She Diapers her and uses here powers to make Kari weak as a baby and need Diapers.
Idea #3: : Kari is runing from a Digimon who is attacking her and ends up in primary Village and falls in to a pile of eggs shells and is found by a Angewomon who has never seen a human before and thinks Kari is a baby digimon who just hatched and she always wanted a baby so she decides to take her home and raise her as her own.
#4: Kari gets lost in the Digital world and is found by a Digimon (i was thinking Lilithmon or Venusmon but if you want to be a diffrent Digimon go ahead) who has always wanted a Baby so the Digimon use some kind of magic to make her as week as a Baby so she needs Diapers.
I'd like to be Kari in all 4 of the Ideas so anyone interested?
