Curtis silently walked into the TB Hospital. What is the TB Hospital, you may ask? It's a hospital where TBs (Teen Babies) that are very sick or injured are cared for and then put in an orphanage after they're cared for if they aren't adopted by the time they're cured/healed. This man had the intention to adopt a TB of his own. But there was one problem: he looked VERY intimidating to most, which meant most of the TBs would be scared of him. He had messy brown hair, one light gold-colored eye and a white-colored eye, pale skin, and scratches all over his face. Especially around his eyes. He also had two piercings on each of his ears. The man currently wore a simple beige trench coat, a white button-up shirt, black slacks, and white running shoes.

Finnian, a young blond hair 15 year old, was among many in this hospital healing from a terrible incident. In his case, Finny was in a terrible fire in his last orphange. Luckily, everyone is still alive from Finny was the only one with serious burns. He, currently had bandages on his chest, arms, and legs but he was healing quite nicely and the doctors told him that he should be healed soon.

Finian was in the playroom with some other TBs. It was a white room with huge windows that had soooo many toys to play with. Finny's favorite toys were the trains and building blocks. The boy was quite skinny and a bit short for his age but he was still very cute. He wearing a white grown like everyone else as well as a fresh diaper underneath. He was also sucking on his favorite blue pacifier while he built a block hill for his trains to slide down.

A young caretaker/nurse led Curtis to where all the TBs were to discuss who he might want to adopt. She talked about who might be ideal for him to adopt and suggested he talked to each of the TBs she recommended. Most of them were quick to abandon what they were doing and rush away from him as if he were some kind of scary creature. The man felt saddened by this and soon headed to the next child she had talked about, which was Finnian. He crouched down to the boy. "Hello there." He greeted, his voice sounding deep and firm.

"Choo-Choo!"Finnian giggled as he pushed the train down his block hill and watched it roll until it hit and unfamiliar man's shoe. It definitely wasn't the doctor or the nurse. The boy looked up at the man and noticed that everyone near him and left their toys and scattered. He felt too scared to move, fearing the man might hurt him if he did so he did the only thing that he could...cry. But there was a bit of a problem about Finny crying, it sometimes causes him to have a coughing fit because of inhaling too much smoke from the fire. Once his cough started, nurses tended to him immediately. They tried to get him to calm down with his favorite teddy bear which worked and they put an oxygen mask over his mouth to help him breath.

Curtis quickly backed away when Finny began to cry and had started a coughing fit so the nurses had room to tend to him. He felt rather hurt. The nurse that had spoken to him noticed this. "It's not your fault, sir. It's just that you look very scary in the eyes of the little ones here." She told him.

"Is it because of my scars and piercings?" He asked quietly. He found that they were usually the reason that people were so scared of him. And the fact he was quite tall.

"I suppose it might be." She replied.

Finny sniffled and whimpered, hugging his teddy. One of the nurses picked Finny pick and thought it was wise to have him take his nap early so he could settle down.

"Come on, Finny. Let's get you ready for nap time."One of the nurses said as she walkes out of the playroom with Finny in her arms. But, of course like toddlers, Finny hated naps.

"Noo, I don't want to!"He whined and squirmed, throwing his teddy on the floor. He was having a fit to notice his teddy wasn't in his arms but once the nurses laid him down in his hospital crib, he instantly regretted it. The crying and the coughing started again and this time the nurses were scrambling to find his teddy bear.

Curtis noticed Finny's teddybear on the floor and quickly headed over to where she saw the nurse take him after picking up the plush. He found the boy and walked over to his crib. "I'm terribly sorry to bother you again after I scared you, little one. But I believe you forgot this, didn't you?" He asked, giving the teddy back to him to calm the boy down.

Finnian saw the man walk in with his teddy bear and his cries were reduced to hiccups. He carefully took his teddy from the man and gave it a big squeeze.

"What do you say, Finny?"One of the nurses asked.

"Thank you, mister..."Finny mumbled as another nurse tucked him in and carefully took off the oxygen mask since he wasn't coughing anymore and instead replaced it with his pacifer. The boy felt his eyes slowly getting heavy until he was peacefully asleep.

Curtis sighed out of relief when he managed to get the boy calmed down by giving him the plush. The nurse who talked to him before thanked him and began to discuss who else might be a good fit for him in another room. But the man thought about that Finny boy. He didn't seem to really seem scared when he was given his plushie, so perhaps that was a sign that the boy would be less scared of him in the future...?

After a few minutes, Little were taken one by one to get ready for nap time. Some needed baths from finger painting, some storys to be read, some even needed to be fed their bottles before naptime. But when all of that was over, all the Littles were sound asleep in their cribs or toddler beds and lights were out with night lights lighting just a little bit of the room. A normal room had about 7 or 8 Littles in them including any medical equipment the individual Littles may needs.
