A Pickpocket's salvation.(private)

It was another day in the fall, the sun was rising as a faint yawn came from a small gap. In this gap was a box, which was slightly torn up a bit. It was clearly used from being stained up and slightly wet from weather.

Inside the box was a girl, about 18 years old. Being a rabbit, she had brown and white fur. Her eyes had a nice pretty blue that compliments hair long brown hair. Feeling her stomach growling, she groaned a bit as she held it some. "I'm so hungry... " She said getting out of her box. This girls name was Abigail, she had been abandoned at 4 years old. While her parents had been arrested for committing crimes.

Ever since, she had wondered on the outside of a grocery store. Being dressed in old clothes that nearly look like tags now. She went over toward the front door of the store to go in. To her dismay, she was ran out from being filthy.

Pandora, a hell hound at about the age of 30 about 6 feet tall wearing a long unzipped jacket a tank top and a pair of jeans ripped at the knees. she had a long tail with a small amount of fur at the end reminiscent of a lions tail .she had long thick hair to the point if the air ever got humid her hair would frizz to the point were you could confuse her for cousin it from the Adams family.she also had two horns sticking out of her hair as well.she starts to get out of her car at the grocery letting out a small sigh as she had just came from a doctor appointment she was currently trying to have a child and this was the third doctor that told her that she was physically unable to have kids which wasn't uncommon for her species it was kinda the reason her kind was going extinct she starts to head to the grocery store wanting to buy the biggest bucket of ice cream they had or at least 3 gallons of it "ugh why me "she said right before seeing a bunny girl getting kicked out of the store she was heading to "hey what the hell do you think your doing to that poor thing"Pandora said to the owner of the store with fire in her eyes "what? she dirty can't have that in my store !"the foreign sounding guy told Pandora with out looking up but as soon as he does see her he gets scared as hell hounds have a very bad reputation when it comes to violence "you have exactly five seconds to apologise and go back into your little store "Pandora said almost ready to prove the man's assumptions about her species right "ok ok sorry bunny girl "he said before running as fast as he could back into his store "hey are you ok sweet heart "Pandora said looking down at the girl

Getting up from being tossed out, Abigail saw the lady and began to get scared. Lowering her ears, Abigail nods as she started to circle around Pandora. As she did, she snatched at Pandora's pocket and dashed around the corner to her shelter.

Squirming through the gap, Abigail sat in her box and wiggled her bunny nose a bit as she began to open her hands to see what she managed to get from the hell hounds pocket. To her foolishness, it was just a few dollars. It was barely enough to buy something to eat. It had been a few days since Abigail had ate last. Thinking of what she had last, wouldn't be appealing to most.

Abigail had been eating old produce from the stores compost bin out back. Most contains moulded carrots, berries and Rancid nuts. The poor girl was hungry, cold, and wet.

Pandora let's a small sigh out seeing the girl run off after circling her already knowing what the girl did before she even went down the Ally"calm down Pandora calm down I'm sure she needed the money in it more than you did "she said being a little mad at first but slowly calming down

Pandora starts to go down the path that the girl did in order to get her wallet back not caring about the money or even the credit cards as she can cancel those later instead she just wanted her i.d. and her social security card as she needed those to eventually go see another doctor to hopefully get a better diagnosis than she had gotten from the past three doctor's although it was highly unlikely

"Hello bunny girl I know you came down this way"she said looking around for her not noticing the near by gap"listen I'm not mad about you taking my wallet I'm sure you had your reasons"she said sighing a little not getting a response after a few minutes an idea popped into her head "tell ya what if you give it back I give you a home cooked meal how would you like some veggie stirfry?"she asked hoping that might intice the girl into handing it over

Taking note that she had been found, Abigail started to get scared and notices Pandora outside the gap. Listening to her, Abigail's belly growls in response to the offer making her hesitate. As Abigail thought it over, she started to squeeze out of the crevice and poked her head out. Looking at Pandora, Abigail was scared but stood Infront of her.

Her clothes were mainly rags from wearing them so much. Her hair was greasy looking as she then held up the wallet. Everything seemed to be in it still as Abigail only stood 5'3 next to Pandora. "I... I... I'm sorry... Don't get me arrested." Abigail said tearing up and her ears drooping behind her head.

Pandora turns around surprised watching the small girl squeeze herself out of the small gap surprised at how small she was but looking over the girl it could ethier be fron malnutrition or maybe it was just because she was a rabbit she wouldn't know though as Pandora didn't meet many bunny's .

Pandora bends down getting to eye level with the girl and gently takes her wallet out of the bunny's hands"thank you and there so no worry sweet heart you did like I asked and gave it back so there is no need to call them "she said wiping the girls tears away and give her a small pet on her head kinda talking to her like a little kid but that's Linda how she talked to everybody regardless "but now that you've held up your end how about I do the same would you like to come back to my place i got some old clothes that might fit you and I'll even let you take a nice hot shower "she said trying to get the girl to come with her after seeing her honestly feeling bad for her not sure what she was going to do with her afterwards but knew she didn't want the girl to stay like she is, filthy and with torn up clothes

Feeling the wallet get taken, Abigail stared at Pandora as she was at her height hunched down. Feeling the pats on her head, Abigail at first jumped a bit but calmed. "Are you sure? I stole your wallet." Abigail said feeling like the offer was nice but couldn't take it for what she did. "I mean the offers great, but... I just feel like I deserve some kind of punishment." Abigail said looking at her feet.

Feeling her stomach growling again, Abigail held her stomach as she felt a bit dizzy from hunger. "Ugh... I haven't ate in days." She said sitting from feeling to weak to stand up. "Last thing I had was a carrot from that dumpster around back." Abigail said looking back up at Pandora.

Pandora smiles at the girl wanting to seem nice but quickly gets a worried look on her face seeing you sit down after getting weak from hunger she sits down next to the bunny girl "honey you live in an ally your clothes are a mess you look like you haven't bathed in months and you look like something bad might happen if I don't get something in your belly soon I think you've been punished enough"she said not wanting to take no for an answer from the bunny as she was scared what might happen if she didn't come with her knowing it wouldn't be good."listen how about I sweeten the deal on the ride to my place I'll stop and get you a nice large bowl of ice cream all for you"she told her taken sweeting the deal literally thinking this might put a spring in her step

Seeing her sit next to her, Abigail raised her head a bit to look at her. "Please .... Help me, I do anything." Abigail said agreeing to let Pandora take her. "I been here for years... And ugh.. my head." Abigail said as she started to sway before passing out on Pandora. She was exhausted from lack of hunger but also sleep. As she fell over , her torn up shorts was visible with pee stains.

What really was odd was the shorts had seemed to be toddler type. As another shopper began passing the side of the building to there car they saw Pandora with Abigail. "Ah, that pickpocket get you? 'Psh she's been here since she was orphaned at 4. But seeing her parents on TV for crimes, I wouldn't want her at all." The lady said getting in there vehicle.

Pandora starts to panic a little as the girl passed out she puts her hand on the girls wrist to feel her pulse breathing a sigh of relief still being able to feel it but is still worried she takes out her phone typing a number of someone she knows "don't worry I will I promise."she told the unconscious bunny girl before the woman walked by and told her "you bitch"she said throwing a can at the woman hoping to hit her head .she picks up Abigail holding her in her arms and carrying her to her black suv the person she was calling finally picking up the phone "yes doctor Salem this is Pandora could you meet me at my house in about 15 minutes "she said laying Abigail in the back seat "no this isn't about me having kids I have a sick girl here she needs immediate attention...yes...yes ...ok I'll see you at my place "she hangs up and drives to her house.it was big two storie white house with a white picket fence looking like the perfect picture of surburban life style.she carries the bunny inside laying her on the couch the doctor already ready to examine her.the doctor was human about Pandora's height wearing a doctor's coat and short black hair.she examines the girl closely"well there doesn't appear to be any long term damage to her she has flees and her fur is matted and she is very malnutritioned bath her and feed her and she should be fine"Pandora felt relief hearing this but stairs at the hunny for a sec wondering if she'll wake up soon
