Fluttershy flys over the ponyville streets, a bag slung across her shoulder. She flies in a set direction, her eyes fixed on the castle of her dear friend and the Princess of Friendship, Twilight Sparkle. Unfortunately, she wasn't going there with a happy or excited smile, but rather a worried frown. Twilight Sparkle had once again embarked on one of her overwork sessions, but this one was particularly bad. In fact, nopony, not even her five best friends, had seen her outside in a week. However, while normally all of them would go to confront and talk her down, the rest of their group was fairly busy themselves. Applejack had to harvest, Rainbow Dash was out of town for a Wonderbolts show, Pinkie Pie had to help the Cake family prepare a special order, and Rarity was getting ready for a fashion show in Manehattan. This left it on Fluttershy's conflict and confrontation averse shoulders. Though while there weren't too many things that could inspire the timid Pegasus to be assertive, one of her friends needing help was definitely one of them. Fluttershy was not only ready to do what was necessary to get Twilight to take a break, but she'd even developed a somewhat....unorthodox approach that would utilize the contents of her bag and a rather important letter.

She finally lands at the doors of the castle and slowly pushes them open.

"Hello?" Fluttershy calls out as she enters, closing the door behind her. "Twilight? Where are you?" She continues down the hallway towards the library, already having a pretty good idea that's where she'll find her friend.

Twilight let out a frustrated groan as she was looking at many opened books floating around her. "How I'm I supposed to make a sleeping potion for queen celestia if these books won't help" she was scratching her head in a panic. "Why did I tell her I can make such a thing...it's been days now and I haven't made any progress whatsoever I'm going to let her down"

Tears fell down the girls eyes and a sob escaped her lips. "No I can do this I have to" she shook her head and lightly slapped her cheeks. If anypony saw her right now they would probably be to afraid or grossed out seeing Twilights current state. The girls hair and tail was in a complete mess as her hair was going in completely different directions, her clothes where torn in a few places thanks to multiple potion failures that ended exploding in her face.

But that wasn't all the girl complete smelled awful and needed a bath as she was currently standing in her own puddle of urine as she complete ignored the need for a bathroom break out of frustration which is her shorts was completely soaked.

At that moment, Fluttershy slowly opens the door of the library.

"Hello Twilight. Are you.....Oh my goodness!" Fluttershy's eyes widen at how worn out and disheveled her friend looks. Then before she can even say anything more, she smells and sees the urine puddle on her chair. Her eyes widen even more. Twilight's in even worse shape than she'd anticipated...though that last note does make her feel a little more justified about one of the things she had in her bag for her planned recovery for Twilight. As an added bonus the sheer shock of the extent of Twilight's condition is just the push Fluttershy needs to get things started. "Twilight!" Fluttershy shouts, fully opening the door and walking in. "I'm sorry to barge in on you like this, but I have to insist you stop whatever it is you're doing and take a break!" The pink-haired pegasus says, firmly while crossing her arms. Her concern for her friend now fully overpowering her trademark shyness. The closer look really driving home how much of a mess her friend is right now.

Twilight jumped out of her chair and lost focus on her magic which made the books fall to the floor. She turned her head and glared at the intruder who interrupted her research. But the girl relaxed seeing that is was just Fluttershy. "Sorry Fluttershy I thought you were one of queen celestia's guards"

She went and picked up the books off the floor. "Look I'm busy I can't afford to hangout with you or the girls I have to make make a sleeping potion for queen celestia I told her I can make one no problem but...I don't know how to make one and I don't want her to see me as a liar so I've been studying none stop learning how to make one"

She went to Fluttershy and turned the girl around to push out of the room but was unsuccessful as she is physically exhausted. "Look I'll hangout with you girls soon ok..for now tell them I'm busy and I'm sorry " she stopped pushing trying to catch her breath.

Fluttershy listens to Twilight, stumbling a bit when she tries to push her out, but between Twilight's exhaustion and Fluttershy's unassuming strength when caregiving was involved, she not only doesn't budge but takes hold of Twilight's hands and starts to guide her out of the room.

"I didn't come here to hang out Twilight," She says calmly as she leads Twilight down the hallway and towards her bathroom. "I came here to take care of you. You're an absolute wreck and frankly I don't care what sort of task you're trying to accomplish it's not worth your health," she adds sternly as they come to the bathroom.

Once inside, Fluttershy pushes Twilight to sit on the toilet, her wet cloths making a squish and she goes to start the tub.

"So we're going to get you cleaned up and then you're getting some sleep," Flutter shay says as she fills the tub with water and also adds a few oils to make the water extra fragrant and soothing.

Twilight groaned and rolled her eyes. "You can be stubborn when you want to be" she shuddered feeling cold. "I can take care of myself I'm not pinkie pie she is someone who needs to be taken care of" she yawned while thinking about her energetic and immature friend" she got off the toilet and rubbed her tail as it was hurting. "Ouchie" she whined.

She turned her head and watched the tub fill up and let out another yawn. "I'll take a bath lati want to get back to studying" she stomped her foot and headed headed to the door. Due to her tired state her body went limp she fell face first.

Twilight quickly got up and held her forehead in pain and burst into tears "wahhh the girl wailed

Even Fluttershy can't help but roll her eyes at the sound of Twilight calling anyone stubborn in her current state of mind, and simply continues preparing the bath as Twilight complains behind her. She'd come prepared for her normally reasonable friend to be a little fussy, but at this point Twilight was well beyond her expectations. Though again, that did carry the benefit of making what she was planning on doing seem all the more reasonable and appropriate.

Fluttershy finishes filling the tub, but before she can reply she hears the sound of Twilight falling and soon after her crying.

"Oh Twilight!" Fluttershy spins around and rushes to her friend's side, scooping her up into a hug. "Sh sh shhhh, it's okay," She coos stroking her back and holding her close. She then stands both of them up and starts to remove Twilight's clothing, setting it aside to be washed and then sent to Rarity to be repaired. "I know you like to work hard and take care of yourself, Twilight," Flutterhsy says softly, as she tugs off Twilight's soaked panties and adds them to the pile of clothes, "But everypony has times when they need to be taken care of, and this is one of those times for you," Fluttershy says, before lifting Twilight into a bridal carry and then slowly lowering her into the tub. She brings up a sponge and starts to gently wash her friend's body, all while humming one of her trademark soothing melodies.

Twilight continued to cry but calmed down a bit as her tears turned to whimpers hearing Fluttershy's gentle voice and the woman's touch felt very comforting. ("What's wrong with me? I can't control my emotions"") she thought and rubbed her eyes as Fluttershy took off her wet clothes. "I'm n..not a foal" she tried to argue as she was completely stripped naked and lifted into the tub.

"I'm a big girl who do you think I am pinkie pie she isvthe one who acts like a foal practically 24/7" she whined but it only lasted for a moment as the worn water was forcing her body to completely relax and hearing Fluttershy humming a melody while cleaning her was to good.

So Twilight body started to shut down swinging back and forth but the girl tried to fight it regardless by hanging on by grabbing the tub knowing it was dangerous to fall asleep in water but she lost the battle.

"No one said you were a foal Twilight," Fluttershy says softly as she continues to clean her. (Though you are acting like one...) She thinks to herself as she brings up some shampoo and starts to wash her hair. As she's doing this she feels Twilight slump and fall asleep. Fortunately, Fluttershy had figured there was a decent possibility of this happening so she'd intentionally made the tub a bit shallower so there was no risk. In any case, she finishes washing Twilight's hair, giving her head and the rest of her body one final rinse. She also takes the opportunity of having Twilight unable to complain to reach in and scrub her nether regions, wanting to make sure that she's perfectly clean there after her accident.

Satisfied that Twilight is clean, Fluttershy lifts her out of the tub and proceeds to dry her. Soon she carries her out of the bathroom, swaddled in towels, and heads towards her bedroom. Thankfully Twilight's bedroom is pristine, considering she hasn't set foot in here for days. Fluttershy gently lays her sleeping friend on her bed before taking a deep breath. This was the part that might get uneasy, which is why she's really grateful that Twilight fell asleep.

First things first, she reaches into her bag and pulls out a small metal ring, a magic inhibitor ring. After sighing and shaking her head, Fluttershy reaches up and snaps it in place on Twilight's horn. A part of her hated doing this, but even Fluttershy couldn't deny that it was necessary. Twilight made it clear that she wasn't going to cooperate and that was probably only going to get worse once she saw what else Fluttershy had in her bag for her.

Twilight groaned as sunlight was hitting her eyes so she slowly opened her eyes and sat up. "What the.."" she sleepily looked around and noticed she was in her room "how did I get to my room?" She yawned and stretched her body and removed her blanket and what she saw made her want to freak out. "What the heck I'm I wearing?" The girl jumped out of bed and blushed hearing a crinkle "I'm I ? She put a hand on her crotch and gasped feeling a certain padding "Ahhh WHY I'M I WEARING A DIAPER?" She screamed.

She tried running to her full body size mirror but was having some difficulty as the diaper was so thick it was making it hard to walk but she manged. What Twilight saw was herself dressed in a adult size purple onesie with a crotch flop in the center and the onesie had little pink flower designs all around. "What is this nightmare? I'm dressed like an overgrown foal"

Then Twilight saw it a ring was on her horn and she turned pale noticing it was a magic inhibitor meaning she couldn't use her magic and the person who put it on her can only take it off.

Immediately Twilight was angry she broke her mirror and tried to take off the onesie but the zipper was in the back which she couldn't reach but she was not giving up.
