General Info: Water bombs, fart gas and itching powder...you name it and Lockie has it stashed away in his trunk somewhere. He loves practical jokes and is unconcerned with picking his targets. And this is why he is onto his third foster home. His skill at picking pockets is unparalleled although he is as likely to leave something bad in there as he is to remove something of value.
He sometimes has a problem with wetting a nights and if he has to hide out for too long during the day he can have a problem. But other than that he hates to be treated like a little kid.
He arrives here after an unfortunate incident involving a tree house, 3000 liters of green paint and the Fire Department.
