Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

I'm thinking, if the diapers and locking onesie are something she's going to be wearing pretty much full time, can we add the mittens to that as well? Not saying she can't be let out of them for very good behaviour, but I think it would add a lot to her helplessness and humiliation.
There would be probably little need for specialized facilities for them as their physiology doesn't differ that much from humans, though that could be interesting as they would still need the special needs bathroom for a change. Also, he would prefer Master at first and maybe first name basis later.
Just as a couple of additional thoughts for the RP:
1) If by law Neko's need to be padded when outside and in public, I take it it stands to reason then that there aren't any public facilities available to them? Because if so, It could be something of a battle of wills whenever she's out, to try and hold it until they go home.
2) What do you think he would want her to address him as? Master? Daddy?
