well, i just want a slow, detailed type of regression. like, instead of, instant baby..he'll reverse stage by stage until he gets to being a baby. mentally first, then physically.

well, he's a selfless kind of guy, willing to do whatever it takes to protect the majority of people he can. he's also a bit abrasive in general, but is more open with friends. his powers come from cybernetic implants under his skin. and include enhanced strength, energy blasts and regeneration. as for why he'd be good for regression, his abilities were gained via a battery of inhumane experiments upon him in his youth. so, second chances could be involved in a friend situation.
