Well, my thought was a teen human, and young adult unevolved. The unevolved always acted the way they look I.E, like a little kid, and the human brother envied the attention they always got because of being perpetually cute, so they are a secret ab.

Well, i had a thought of a setting where the line between pokemon and humans is blurred; inteligence is equal status is equal (though pokemon have a general advantage due to outnumbering humans) and even the situation of families allows for mixing of human and pokemon. Of course, this leads to the amusing factor that certain families can have older members that look younger from refusing to evolve. Such as a big brother riolu or similar
