So my idea is Keiko/Silica being taken care of by Asuna after the latter is invited over for a “girls day” It’s been one year since the events of being trapped in SAO, and most of the players have returned to normal, however, Keiko occasionally wears pull ups just to be safe (and because she kind of likes them) Asuna, who is often an older sister figure to younger friends, notices something off about her friend, and finds out about the little secret.

Or maybe she already knows and was just waiting for Keiko to say it aloud.
Maybe the first post is to set the tone, “One year ago, thousands of online players were trapped in a virtual reality.”
