Severing the connection between Skynet and every single terminator (If at all possible for humans to accomplish simultaneously) would not completely hamper Skynet's functions. Unlike earlier series terminators, every terminator from series 800 up has been given a neural net [Learning computer] that has an intelligent, self aware AI which can function independently of Skynet's direct control and has factory programming that guides its actions on behalf of Skynet's will. Skynet can still remain in contact with and coordinate its forces via multiple forms of communication including wi-fi, radio waves or audio voice signals.

I believe that the other humans would agree that the humans at the Pentagon who gave total control of the missile defense systems over to Skynet were indeed fools that lead the human race into Judgement day.

"See that's the problem with giant computers it soo easy to take you out so all you guys have this adapter correct? Why not just sever the connection between you all and besides fools are how we got this far in life"

Skynet has calculated measures to handle such events, not I. As a lowly terminator, I am not privy to the inner most thoughts of Skynet's intelligence. On the other hand, Skynet has a link to every terminator which can be activated at will anytime by Skynet. The WiFi adapter in my cranial casing was purposely burnt out by John Conner in the future to prevent Skynet from accessing the thoughts in my neural net's AI in the future. An attack by the humans borne in the heat of their rage may put Skynet on the defensive but it is not an event that Skynet cannot deal with and end favorably with efficient means since it has multiple contingency plans stored in its fully aware AI. There is an old saying among the humans that goes "Only fools rush in (where angels fear to tread)."

Well you would have calculated for a well thougb out attack by the humans but one that catches you off guard in a fit of rage it would put you on the defensive

I think that is debatable. On the contrary, often it is a strong emotion like rage that does not help you think and teaches you that the best reaction may be the one that is derived after calm, collected thought. For example, it would not serve a human resistance fighter well to attempt a direct frontal attack during the day against one of Skynet's heavily guarded fortress/factories in a fit of blind rage - It would be like committing suicide. A well, calmly thought out plan involving a covert operation at night would have a higher probability for success. If all the human resistance fighters acted out of blind rage then Skynet would have wiped them out completely long ago.

Because acting with emotion helps you think and teaches you the best reaction

In what manner are emotions useful? I have observed that emotions often cloud the judgement of humans, causing them to act sporadically and irrationally in times of great duress rather than to act calmly and thoughtfully.

What that's boring then emotions are useful

Perhaps then I would be better off not having emotions. I do not think that I would use emotions for personal gain. That is not part of my basic programming. I can accomplish my goals using weapons (In a non-lethal fashion as directed by John Conner) and my convincing presence (See)-> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQwjojvRNI4, (here)-> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lYOoWCv_PYE (here) -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ys_P3ndVhsg (and here) -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfN-QfBbHoc.
