How about we both end up in diapers? Like, at work we are both supposes to get something from the walk in fridge but we lock ourselves in by accidents and can't make it to the bathroom in time. Due to company food spoilage regulations, they have to throw out all the food in the freezer because it might have been splashed on. In order to make sure we never have another accidents around the food, we are put in diapers.

oh sorry i really have a lot of caretaker roles all ready how bout you are baby sitting my little brother and he is haveing accidents you tell him he has to wear diapers and that to make it fare you put him me AND the middlechild in diapers but just when the other two go to bed i do something you dont excpet i have an accident

Seriously thought, that idea makes little sense. Also, I preferred not to play caretaker roles, if you don't mind.
