So your normal dex score is 16 and your dex mod is +3 and your temp dex score is 20 and your dex mod is +5.

No, with the gloves of dex +4 it adds 4 to the score, that means that it actually a +2 bonus to your dex mod so it should be 5 now. Also, make the changes on the temp score side sine it'll be good to know what your base dex is just in case the magic item is taken away or stops working.

Oh, and find out what your max HP is. You get max hp (1d6+con mod so 7 for you) at 1st level then roll 1d6+1 11 more times and add what all you get with that 7.

Oh, my bad. I mean ring of protection. They give a defection bonus to your AC. Also, make sure you put down what magic items give you so you don't forget to add them to your checks. For example, you get a +4 to your dex from your gloves of dex so add that to your sheet so you get a +2 to all dex based checks and to your AC.

Sounds like a good idea. Also, you can buy enhancements to your weapons and armor.

+1 bonus to weapons adds +1 to damage and to-hit, while +1 to armor adds +1 to AC and so forth. Might be a good few extra dimes.

Honestly...it still needs a lot of work otherwise you'll be holding Dialga back. Main problems are:
1. Weapons and armor have to have a +1 bonus to them before you can add special properties.
2. I assume you have some kind of crossbow by what you filled out?
3. You still have 63,000 gp to spend, spend it and don't waste your money. Magic items like cloak of resistance, ring of deflection, and amulet of natural armor are VERY helpful and dare I say necessary.
4. You have the stealthy feat, please be sure to note the bonus on your sheet in the skill field next to the skill ranks. So you don't forget about it.
5. Kobolds have a +1 natural armor bonus so be sure you put that down in that part of your AC part of the sheet.

You still have some shopping to do for items.
