Sounds good. I think the first would be having Cordelia continue to call her things like "cute" and "sweetie" and unintentionally use babyish terms as she grows more accustomed to actually mothering her daughter. Here's some other things, on top of that:
Maybe Severa now doesn't care at all about the bottle feedings, or at least doesn't immediately protest when it's presented.
Maybe Cordelia tries to introduce different foods to help Severa's body strengthen, but the girl refuses to eat them like a fussy baby.
Maybe Cordelia finds a stuffed animal from her childhood and passes it down to Severa, who rejects it at first but gradually gets used to its company.
Maybe it's about time to break out the pacifiers.
Maybe Cordelia can experiment with those supplements she bought from Ricken to find that it works and contemplating whether or not to use it today on Severa.
Maybe now Severa has gotten used to wearing diapers that she doesn't break down into tears every time she messes them. Knowing it doesn't bother her as much, Cordelia now starts to tease her daughter in jest.
Maybe Severa flips through the channel and lands back on the kid network she did the day before, but actually gives it a chance this time before being caught again by her mother. This will eventually set up more innocent programming for Severa by Cordelia.
Maybe whenever she cusses, she gets scolded by her mother.
Maybe we can even have a moment where Severa is on Cordelia's lap, for whatever reason. Cordelia bounces the girl which causes Severa to giggle cutely, then causing her to stop and cup her hands over her lips in realizing what she had just done. She tried to hide it, but that moment signifies that she is somewhat enjoying a few aspects of this.
