Hrm... good question... I would go for a girl again. I'm not that much in sissys and think girls are cuter
Plotwise.. guess we could go to forced babying, enemas and a little of kitten treatment when we go for a story with a neko for example. Like a neko girl being held as a pet or something alike. Guess something like alien abduction or war booty could work quite well to get the forced background. -
