Perhaps, but that's no reason to spend a lot more money hosting another because someone changed their mind. What's done is done , next is damage control and allowing a smooth transition. I mean , referendums are very rare and very important. They are final and absolute , can't call a referendum many times over or we could do it for everything and never need politicians at all. Allthough a lot of people would be annoyed.

Yes , but parliament won't bend to the will of the mob. It's done it's over, those 2 million had a vote and used it. If not then they: a minority, can't try and control the majority simply because they're not happy. If we allowed that then we're not really a democracy.

Hmm , I'd say wait for the emotional and political dust to settle and then we can see what really happened and why. Economies bounce back , since the value falls people will invest while it's cheap on the assumption it will bounce back later and they will make a profit.
