Well, truth be told I've been going a bit off DC but old faves have gotta be: Kon El, Jon Kent, Keenan Kong and Roy Harper

Gambit (Obviously), Baby Cyclops (from X-men Blue), Jimmy Hudson, Laura Kinney, (classic) Jubilee, Storm, just from off the top of my head.

I prefer just playing canon characters to be honest otherwise I just totally lose the immersion ^^; Fussy like that, y'know?

Well, basically X-men Blue is the original X-Men team, as teenagers, brought into the future and just being super--they're also joined by Logan's son from an alternate universe, Jimmy Hudson. (Fun read!)

Anyway, currently, teenaged Beast is struggling with feelings of insecurity; he feels that because he's still not as 'savvy' with modern technology or customs as he was in his own time then he's rather useless and so gets more than a bit impatient with his pursuit into magic to compensate. So I'm thinking we take that, and basically up the ante on it:

(Totally doesn't have to follow any of the continuity by the way, it's not gospel, we can do what we want)
So:

Let's say, the kiddo's have all moved back to the mansion? And Hank's still dabbling in magic unbeknownst to anyone, but has become far more reserved and anti-social because of it maybe looking for a way to try and get all the advantages of his older self's enhanced mutation (All the speed, strength and agility) but without the fur--and obviously this is probably gonna backfire and the only way that he's got any sort of hope in hell of reversing this situation is by stealing some magical ancient artifact from a museum.

Cue my own favourite troubled mischief-maker, Gambit.

And ofcourse they're gonna get caught and collared by...I dunno, Storm and Logan? And we go on from there with all the hijinks?

So we'd both have two characters each, basically playing switch?

Hmm...ya know, I think we might be able to come to some sort of a compromise. Are you reading X-men blue, by any chance? Maybe we can do something with that?

Personally, I always love it when characters need to be 'taken in hand' by another; so like, the contrast between say, Logan and Remy--or even Scott--where we've got a character who's made a lot of mistakes and come out fighting watching some young upstart making pretty much the same mistakes, but sometimes worse. Sort of a 'grizzled old veteran unintentionally adopts wayward tyke' kind of trope?

It's amazing, I love it so much! And definitely! What kinda thing would ya wanna do?

Actually in this new line up you lok at the history of the writers and in general most of them have the same history as who was before them. So unless they are told '' leave the bullshit out'' I will remain skeptical . Though Speaking of comics thats not selling its a shame that when they flooded the shelves early on with so many new books. What honestly was good for the most part died from no one seeing them to keep them alive
