Hmm...He can play more like a toddler such as coloring books or watch certain tv shows or go online to certain sites if he wants to and can have more choice in stuff he wants to do and not do. He can eat grown up food in his high chair, but he was trained to be a messy eater. He can have some say in going out to town or to have a playdate. He can wear adult clothing (Other than his diaper) if his parent chooses to dress him in it and not baby clothing.

Okay, I think I'll play a male character this time to help mix it up as well for the both of us.
His name is Kyle. He's 19 years old body wise but his parent (Your character) treats him as a two year old that still wears diapers and lets him have a little more freedom than other littles. He's 5'8" tall and 168 lbs. He has natural red hair with green eyes. While he was with his you, he was made to undergo some training classes to teach him stuff (Or better put, unlearn stuff such as how to change his clothes among other stuff).
