It's a little short (76 words short of the minimum, to be precise) so if you could add a little more that would be good, but otherwise it's a great intro.
Sorry if it seems like I'm being a little stickler-ey about stuff like word count, but I don't want to risk problems in the future due to slackness now.

Oh! I forgot one thing. If you fail to cast Warrior of Oak then it costs 1 step. It's only free if you are successful. Oh, and change the DR and strength boost to 'half your charisma' too

If you don't want to then by all means, don't bother re rolling.
Oh, almost forgot: if you rolled a 7 your courage is 4, not 3.

As for spells: (just edit them onto your character sheet)
Earth Heal: (4 Steps) Summoning all the power of nature, you restore an ally to health. Roll 2D10. If you roll lower than your Charisma, then a targeted friendly character has all their heakth restored and gets +3 DR for a number ofturns equal to how much your roll was bbeneath your charisma. (So with Cha. 7 if you rolled a 4, you'd get 3 turns of bonus armor.)
Leaf Blade: (2 steps) Roll a D10 and add Charisma, then consult the following chart:
Desert (-10.)
Scrub. (0)
Light coverage (+2)
Tree cover (+5)
Heavy woods (+10.)
Every enemy within twenty spaces of the caster takes one point of damage for each point rolled above 15.

Warrior of Oak: (0 steps) Roll 2D10. If you roll beneath your charisma, then no spells may be cast for three turns. However, you gain 4 strength, 4 damage resistance, and your weapon gets +1 attack for three turns.

You give a +3 to just one of the stats. Also, you didn't have to reroll strength to get a lower number: you can lower any of your stats as much as you'd like. (So you can reuse your reroll if you want.)
As for spells... What about earth-based attacks? Or some kind of magical buff?

You forgot to list your trades, and you never ran any spells by me. (You get two trades and three spells: decide what magic you think would be cool and let me know.)
Also: Which primary stat got the re roll, and did you give the +3 to strength or charisma?
