Could be kind of a hybrid between a high chair and the usual single seat desks you see a lot in anime and some RL colleges.

Legal status, huh. Under debate, probably. Probably something akin to disabled kids, they can't sign anything, buy anything, essentially most of their rights would be exercised by their legal guardians, whether you call them adoptive parents or wards.

When its convenient sounds like it would be best. If he's busy, he'l tell her to just use her nappy, and obviously she can't take it off if he's not there, so she has to use them then.

A special restraint chair could be fun. It singles her out even more. And school is probably another place she's expected to just use her nappy.

Yeah, Daycare sounds cute. Though I wonder if she'd be stuck with other Nekos that are a fair bit younger than her a lot of the time, so she ends up being babied by the staff a lot as well.

Mittens and booties are fine, but if she goes to school they are a problem - you need to be able to write in there. Even in preschool you need to be able to be able to use your fingers... maybe I'm overthinking this? Maybe she has to sit in a restraint chair in the classroom, with her wrists cuffed to the desk while her mittens are off?

Neko daycare sounds fun tho. Like, clases would be over by 1PM but he'd only pick her up after 4

On the restraints - at least for Alice, they aren't mandatory at home, other than the locking clothing. Unless she does something silly

On the diaper topic, maybe she could reluctantly wet hers but still try her very best to beg herself out of them and make it to the toilet, rather than messing herself. A wet diaper is still not nearly as uncomfortable and humiliating as a messy one.

What kind of regulations and restrictions are you thinking about? Something similar to what I came up with for our current game, or different? What would apply to home care and what would go for taking her outside?
