Well, I actually had a couple.

We could do one that's basically a bet from a game. That game could be anything from tic-tac-toe from poker to battleship to chess. Basically, a gambler runs out of possible bets, so he/she bets himself/herself to the winner for a full week. They lose, and the winner decides to have him/her be his/her baby servant that gradually turns into a mutual friendship

Another possible idea involves a court-mandated therapy substitute that basically regresses even the hardest criminal into a lovable baby boy/girl. One person assumes the role of a criminal, the other becomes that criminal's therapy officer/guard

And then one final one that comes to mind is something similar to that one you have going with Mar. Potty-training child enforces the rules of the house onto his/her mother/father that eventually leads to diapers all around. But if it sounds too much like the one you're already doing, we can tweak it to make it even more unique

Now, keep in mind my rules. No human characters for me, unbirthing, inflation, or stuffing

That works for me, and maybe she says she´ll let her have it back if she behaves

Hows it going? I hope I'm not going to fast or slow in our rp as I have a problem with doing one or the other more often then a proper pace without noticing I'm doing either of those
