It was a bright and sunny day. The kind of day where everything could only go right. If one could listen carefully, they'd be able to hear the laughter of a young girl and her pet Chao.

Out in the front yard of a well sized home, was Cream the Rabbit playing with Cheese and Chocola. Inside the home, Cream's mother, Vanilla, was making sure she had everything before going out. She had some errands to run and she would be out all day, and she didn't want to have to drag Cream all over with her. So instead she opted to let her daughter stay home, but not unsupervised of course.

Back in the front yard, a voice called from behind the small gate that surrounded the home. "Hey there kiddo!"

It belonged to an old friend of the Rabbit family. Joey the Kangaroo~

Cream ran across the yard with her arms flailing about as she pretended she was a fighter jet with Cheese. However, she stopped in her tracks and turned to see a familiar, friendly face over the gate!

With a bright smile she raised her hand and began to wave at him. "Hi there Joey!" She shouted back. Her chao friend mimicked Cream's actions with a gusto, happy to greet such a nice person into their home. It was a beautiful day and he made it look that much brighter.

He jumped over the small gate and walked over to her. "Hey there Cream. How have you been doing?" he asked, giving her a pat on her head.

A few moments later, Vanilla stepped out of the house. She figured Joey was here now after hearing Cream's excited shout. "Ah Joey, thank you so much for coming on such short notice."

He shrugged his shoulders. "You know me Vanilla, I've got nothing but free time anyways, so it doesn't bother me any~"

Cream smiled happily as friendly ol' Joey patted her head. He did seem like a guy with a lot of free time. Probably even freer then he other friend. That was understandable since he had a bit of an occupation but still.

"Oh yeah. Don't worry momma. Me and Joey are gonna have loads of fun. Maybe we can have a fun tea party and talk about his goals in life." Cream said grasping his arm and swinging it up and down in joy. Cheese fist pumped in excitement. It sounded so odd but she was trying her best to be as grown up in her tastes as possible for the moment.

Joey just chuckled at how grown Cream was trying to act. "I swear, more and more, she's turning into a little mirror image of you Vanilla~" He joked.

"It certainly seems so sometimes~ Anyways, I have to get going now or I'm going to miss the bus." She knelt down and quickly gave Cream a hug. "Alright now, have fun and be good for Joey sweetie~" She stood back up and smiled at Joey. "Once more, thank you~ I'll see you both again later~" And with that walked past the gate and headed off.

Cream waved happily as she saw her mother leave. "Oh this'll be great! I promise, we'll have loads of fun! I've taken up a lot of neat stuff that you'll be really into Joey! I've been jazzer-sizing with Amy a lot and it's real fun and she taught me some cool moves! And I taught Cheese some Chao Bowling. And we can bake really good Prune Cookies. It's good for clensing your system! Oh and-" Cream praddled on while pulling Joey towards the house in her excitement.

Joey just smiled and listened to Cream go on and on. When they entered her house, he closed the door behind them both and made sure it was locked. "Okay now, What's the first thing you wanna do?" He asked, pulling his arm back with Cream practically hanging off of him.

"First thing? Hmm... first... thing..." Cream pondered and put her finger to her chin, truly lost in thought. "Uh... how about we do that jazzer-sizing! It'll be great fun!" Cream motioned.

The room they headed into was a really big, spacious room. Cream picked up the boxing gloves from the side of the wall and handed them to Joey, before going over to her own. They were cute little pink ones with flowers on them for her. She put them on and grinned, hoping from right to left.

"Alright! Let's see what you got Joey!" Cream grinned.

"Chao Chao!" Cheese stood on the side lines, waving a small towel like a flag.
