A Daycare workers demontion

Rose Summers a petite woman who you would be forgiven by most for mistaking her as a kid given her size and thus attire she tends to wear cause of it but still impossible to mistake as a child left at daycare. Yet she isn't anywhere a model worker let alone someone the children at the daycare should look up to nor should they act like her. Problem is she only has the job as she barely has up till recently knew how to skirt around the facts on how the kids talk about her. Thing is when the adults started backing up the matters, that's when she likely will be caught in her bad behavior and work ethics. True some of it is just her honestly messing up but some of it is her doing it intentionally, Yet she needs the job so she'd do nearly anything to keep getting paid instead of fired.

Thing is she still acts negatively towards the kids because of herself needing to blow off steam acting like a bully or jerk in some ways while others practically being the cause of incidents from bad advise and bad timing . Really a case could be made that she belongs as a daycare member instead of a staff member

One afternoon during one of her shifts the owner of the daycare comes into the store she was tall around 6'5 she was wearing a warm pink turtle neck,a pair of mom jeans and a apron that said kiss your mommy.on her way to her office though she spots a small child running past her and decieds to follow the small child who soon runs into rose in the playroom."miss wose miss wose I made tinkle"she exclaimed showing the woman the wet spot on her dress.pandora hears this and remembers a fee things she's heard about a rose Summers and decieds to watch from the hallway to see if those rumors were infact true

Rose eyes narrowed at the child this was her lunch break the child is interrupting and she had like normal had enough beef from the other workers for being small enough to still wear little girl clothes and even can wear pull-ups or even some of the larger little kid diapers in place of panties given she is 4'6 in height but her behavior fits someone much smaller.''So what ? Find another worker on shift potty pants. I missed my lunch break after all from helping someone else, though if you can wait a moment I might help you. ''Rose said unaware of her boss being in earshot and sight of her. If she had she'd have grumbled but helped anyway after all she needs the money as most places won't take someone on as a staff member who is so small.

Pandora hears this and gets furious but keeps a calm look about her since after years of doing this kind of work she has learned to keep her composure.she walks in with a smile on her face seeing the girl who is now crying due to being called a potty pants "aww poor thing come here "she picks up the crying girl cradling in her arms and the girl slowly stops crying"there we go now let's go get you all cleaned up.rose dear could you do me a small favor and wait in my office me and you need to have a small talk ok"she said not expecting a response like one would do to a child and walks off closing the door behind her with her tail "don't worry cutie I'll be sure to have a nice long talk with her about her nasty and untrue words "she said to the girl who was now smiling a bit in her arms

Rose was about to sneer at the crying child but stopped before she started when she seen her boss and she looked pale as can be shaking much like a child fearful of punishment , Now most would find this strange to be fearful of fired from such a place. Chances are everyone even her boss will be confused by just how stiff and uneasy she is. In fack she is almost sick with fear showing while in the chair for employees waiting for Pandora to get back so as to see what will happen . Though she was sucking intently on a sucker in an attempt to try calming her nerves so as to think rationally on what to say and offer to appease her boss when she has to talk to her. Yet this just is enforcing the cute childish image she has going on if its seen

Pandora walks into her office with a baby wipe in hand wiping off a spot on her shoulder from spit up "I'm sorry I took so long a very small matter need my attention"she said with a caring smile on her face as she finishes cleaning up and throwing away the baby wipe"now let's talk about your work ethic missy"she said looking straight at you unfased by your childish look sitting down in her office chair"take that sucker out of your mouth please this is a serious matter."she stared rather sternly." because of the behavior I have both seen and have heard from btoh the children and the staff I think it's best that you sign this"she slides a small stack of papers infront of you"congratulations on your promotion just sign here and youll be my personal helper "she said hiding a small motive"with this promotion you get more hours and 20% of the daycare is yours all you have to do is sign on the dotted line"she said holding out a Pen with a smile although that smile she had ran shivers down your spine

Rose was shaking she knew something was up on the offer her coworkers wouldn't lie for her enough to prevent a demotion let alone let her have a promotion, but she wasn't going to look a gift horse in the mouth. But she knew seeing that smile there was little choice in the matter. It is likely take this offer or be fired so she gulped taken the sucker from her mouth and wrapping it up for later before she nervously skims the papers finding nothing fishy as that lawyer talk on parts just plain confused herm thus signs the paper and gulps'' Thank you for not firing me. '' She managed meekly knowing she can't lie her way out of past behavior currently and was looking down, unsure to her fate now as she wasn't dismissed after the signing '' Can we resume this meeting in afew moments? The restroom is calling me. '' Rose is unaware just what her workload will be including her new arrangement on toilet usage if she even gets potty privileges that is

pandora smiles as you sign and pets your head "of course cutie I have never fired any of my employees I don't plan to break that spotless record yet "she said getting up and putting the contract in a nearby filing cabinet locking it away"and sure come on I'll take you to my own personal restroom that was way we can also get you into your new uniform won't that be fun sweetheart "she said talking to you like more of a child now than before.she offers her hand to you like she would one of the children and leads you to her bathroom "go-ahead and use the potty one last time I don't want to change you right after I put a diaper on you "she said grabbing a onsie with a lock and a thick baby diaper out of a nearby cabnit

''Stop talking to me like that'' Rose hissed angered at being treated like a child'' I am an adult Miss Pandora'' Rose may want to insult her boss but isn't stupid or at least not angered enough to do that yet'' Wait what lost time?'' She practically squeaked in fear. '' Am I be treated like the brats here or worse a baby? ''She had to think but her thought process was answered when she heard being changed and diaper in the same sentence together directed at her like she had three strikes to her potty privilege''What? You can't seriously want to change an adult regularly like that do you?''Rose questioned eyes wide and dilated in fear at this new situation but she seen a training potty aswell as a regular sized toilet, so she gulped feeling using the training potty is expected of her this time even her feeling its less humilating then asking help to be on a regular toilet, thus she pulls her panties down with her skirt sitting on it and sighing despite the blush and sour look on her face the relief of letting her bladder drain clear to be heard hitting the training potty inner surface . Granted the look of humiliation clear as day on her face

Pandora giggled a bit at you saying your an adult "not according to your contract young lady "she says watching you sit down on the toddler toilet "and of course I'm not going to change an adult Ill be changing a baby"she said with a grin bening down and taking your skirt and panties off your ankles and throws them away in the trash can "according to the papers you just signed your basically my baby any and all assets you had before are officially transfered to me and so are all your rights your no different from an infant right now ."she said with a happy tone "well more specifically my infant on paper your my child until I decided you are mature enough to be grown up now arms in the air before I decided you need a spanking"she said trying to make you feel embarrassed and ashamed like you had made that little girl feel earlier
