"Well...that's not gonna stop mommy from trying," She says with a wink as they arrive downstairs. She heads straight into the kitchen, placing him into his high chair with a crinkle.

"I thought we could keep things simple and just have some cereal together," She says, reaching into the pantry and pulling out some boxes. "What would you prefer, pumpkin?" She asks holding up a box of cheerios and one of frosted flakes. Once again, she had every intention of keeping Sydney's diet good and mixed, though she did have a little surprise for him after he finished eating.

Even though he didn't want to, Sydney fully expected that he would be placed into the high chair so he wasn't fussed about it. Though when Valerie offered him the opportunity to pick what he wanted to have for the day, he looked them over. Not like he could read what was written on the boxes, but at least the pictures helped. "U-Umm...that one I guess." He remarked as he pointed to the box with the flakes on them.

"Good choice," Val nods, turning back around to put once box away and retrieve a small bowl. She proceeds to pour some cereal into said bowl and also get a spoon. Valerie sets the bowl on Sydney's highchair tray, but instead of handing him the spoon she scoops up some herself and holds it out. "Open wide," she coos. Naturally, she wasn't opposed to him eating himself, but she also knew that it was going to take a while for him to get more of his motor skills back and in the case of breakfast she didn't want him to make too much of a mess without getting his nutrition, no matter how cute it might be. Besides, she wanted to have some fun feeding him.

Sydney watched as Valerie filled the bowl in front of him, but was surprised when she took charge of trying to feed him it. It made him very embarrassed that he was going to have to do this, and even more embarrassed that he knew that she had a good reason for doing it. So reluctantly, Sydney opened his mouth as he waited for his new mommy to feed him what was in the spoon.

Val notices the flash of humiliation across Sydney's face and does feel a quick pang of guilt, but she silences it by reminding herself that he's still got at least a few days until he'll have dexterity enough recovered to handle simply feeding of himself. In any case, she proceeds to feed him spoonful after spoonful of cereal, occasionally doing buzzing or zooming sound effects as she does so.

Once the bowl is empty, she sets it aside and unbuckles his high chair.

"Good boy," She coos, scooping him up. "Now time for a little treat. She grins and carries him back to the living room, sitting on the couch with him in her lap. "It's something mommy's been preparing just for you, pumpkin," she coos, before reaching up and unbuttoning her shirt until her bra is exposed, which is shown to be a nursing one that she proceeds to unbutton to reveal her breast.
