In an Suburban area of the country, an lone woman walked into large building. She smiled as she walked through the doors of the orphanage, nodding at the Receptionist. "I'm Kari Momoka, I've finalized the adoption yesterday; Today, I'm just picking up my new girls~"

The receptionist nodded, standing up, before leading her . "Well then, follow me. Congratulations for your adoption~"

Meanwhile, on the other side of the Orphanage, an young girl laid against a couch, her eyes enthusiastically wide open, reading an comic. An pair of unique, catlike ears protruded from the top of her long black hair, with an equally black tail from her rear. An Neko. "I wonder what our new mommy is like..." The girl named Azuki said, to an similarly aged girl next to her.

The girl next to her similar to Azuki but her cat ears and tail were white including her hair making her the identical twin to Azuki. The girls ears twitched while holding her cat plushie “I dunno sissy I just hope… she’s nice.” She said shyly while her tail swished slightly

Meanwhile as the girls talked amongst themselves, the worker had reached the small playroom/waiting room of sorts that they were currently residing in. “Here you are, Mrs Momoka.” The Worker Smiled, gesturing to the girls “These two are Azuki and Rei, as you already know.”

To be frank? She cooed at the mere sight of seeing the girls. Somehow, they looked so much cuter than from the pictures she’d seen, and a little smaller too. She cleared her throat, trying to not make that apparent, before introducing herself to the twins “Hiya girls, I’m Momoka, and starting from today I’ll be your caretakers for a little while~”

Intrigued, Azuki walked up to her, looking at her and expecting everything “I’m Azuki…! You… You’re our new… mommy?” She happily chirped. Though, Momoka couldn’t help but smell a twinge of something in the air… really, it’s like somebody wet themselves in here.

Reis ears twitched and eeped in surprise when she heard the woman’s voice so surprised she didn’t even realize she had wet her panties “Hello.. M.. Miss Momika.” The white haired said shyly “You’re… here to take.. care of us?” She asked while her tail swished around

"Mhm~" She nodded, patting both of the girls on the head and smiling, without noticing the accident she had made beneath, though the smell remained. "You'll be good girls for me, right?"

The two nodded in unison - however, Azuki quickly noticed something off, bending over "Ah, Rei had an accident!" She exclaimed.

The worker merely sighed, turning to Momoka "Sorry about that... I'll get her cleaned up for you."
"Oh, that's okay, I think I can help her out myself." She turned to Rei "Now, it's okay, I'll be your new mommy... just tell me, has these accidents been happening before?"

Rei nodded along with her sister before gasping when her sister peeked under her dress and annouced her accident “Sissy!!!” She whined to her embarrassing but was surprised to see Momika didn’t seem angry at her and asked her about her “Yes.. Miss Momika this has happened before.” She said nervously

"Can you tell at all?" She thoughtfully asked. After all, if it's an recurring thing... she might have to take precautions after they got back home. Momoka turned to the worker, which gestured towards where the bathroom was. "Don't worry, I'll clean up the puddle, just get her to the bathroom. A spare change of clothes are already inside.

"I saw Rei have a bunch before..." Azuki shrugged, before turning back to the comic. It seemed that it wasn't all that rare... though, Momoka didn't really hear it, since she's already busy in the bathroom.

"Can you take off your clothes?" The woman asked. She at least want to spare the girl some dignity.

Rei blushed “Sometimes I can sometimes I can’t.” She said blushing as she was led to the bathroom and attempted to try to undress herself but seemed to be struggling trying to get her skirt and panties off “Miss Momika…. I need help.”

"Okay, I see. That's okay, we'll work it out." She said reassuringly, sounding more like a mother than ever before. Momoka quickly helped the girl take off her clothes at her request, peeling off the pee soaked clothes and leaving her stark naked for now. "Okay, I'll start washing you off, okay? Make sure you tell me if it's too hot or anything..."

The small nekogirl nodded her head slowly after her wet clothes were taken off and tossed to the side now completely nude “Yes Miss Komika I’m ready.” She replied keeping still for the motherly woman to clean her up
