Which the staff was dubious of this not being the charge they was assigned as Hank looks a lot like the person yet Flower was getting along with Hank so they went to check on Hanks Backpack contents seeing as it seemed set aside and started getting through it finding his ID and the pull-ups. Sadly for Hank this means a call to the Elder McCoys and Edna was out so Norton will be the one to answer and chances are Norton will be confused but more focused on the fact his boy was trying to steal something . Which given the attempt would probably lead to a 'let the punishment fit the crime' situation

Flower though was getting encouraged by a worker to make Hank younger for both how naughty hes been acting like hes a charge here and attempting to steal something aswell as the fact Flower craves a playmate that's like Hank so on her waddling back she really let lose with her stored up musk stopping at about the amount that should make Hank around her age physically if not mentally

They could certainly tell from the contents of his backpack and his I.D. that he wasn't at all the person they'd been led to believe he was. And even worse with a quick check of the bathroom the blue furball had stolen pull-ups and was hanging around playing with Flower. And indeed Norton was ashamed of hearing what his son was up to and left his punishment up to those in charge of him. Asking for the address and when they wanted them to come pick up their boy. Of course, they probably were going to be in quite a surprise that their boy was no longer a 'Big Boy' at all.

After a good dosing from Flower this time, Hank stopped in his tracks as his body began to diminish and regress even further. Leaving him around Flower's age and stature and even her level of maturity. Hank's undies sliding off as they no longer would stay up and his T-Shirt being almost like a nightshirt or dress on him. Hank looking startled at how big everything now was as charges moved towards him. Hank wetting himself with no control just like Flower and leaving a puddle on the carpet. Hank shocked by this just plopped down on the floor and sucked his thumb.

Though Edna would be more then happy with Hank being her oversized little one again even if she will be blinking at the fact Flower lent him a girly shirtall to hide his padding ,though in this case its because Flower wants a excuse to see her new friend again and well Hank may just need this daycare now more then Flower does despite that she hid her devilish smile from Hank as he was taken to be padded up and dressed for when Hank would be picked up after daycare here is over … Flower even now digging into Hanks Backpack seeing as its forgotten being abit naughty herself as she wants to have a insight on what Hank might be interested in and she was reworded with finding some Sesame Street related merch in his backpack . Making her plans to have her mommy get some sesame Street stuff for Hank when he has a sleepover with her .

Reguardless Hank was put in a thick diaper and put in a crib both for its near Nap time and they don't know what type of person Hank is

It seemed that Hank had been hiding a lot of his curious interest in diapers and such in his backpack with his stolen padding. There was AB/DL comics as well as pages from a catalog for outfiting a nursery with furniture and various childish outfits he wished he could have and now was young enough to find in his size. Many of them indeed Sesame Street in design. Shortalls, Footie Pajamas, and other cubbish clothing and items. Hank may have been turned against his will into a pre-teen baby but Flower knew now that he deserved his fate for being a jealous and shameful naughty teenager.

Hank looked so cute to Flower in one of her outfit changes for if she got dirty of leaked in her clothes. So he looked like a cute sissy boy at the moment in a shirtall, his thick pink diapers easily on display as he was brought out from being changed. Flower even given a small pack of cookies for teaching the naughty teen a lesson and making him a new likely charge for the daycare. "Good Girl." Hank was exhausted from being regressed into a child and the fussy baby was tucked in with a bottle for naptime. Hank nursing until falling asleep wondering if he'd wake up from this wild dream.

Hank sadly will learn quickly this isn't a dream as when he will awake he'll be getting checked by Edna finding him in a wet diaper Edna even having gotten some package of diapers for her boy from a nearby town given it was advised . Given the situation he found himself in … Though they had spun the matter about Flower doing it more as a security and worry reason then her own desire as they'd hate for the Skunkette to be in trouble for punishing a bad boy who turned out to have a interest in this all …

Still as Hank was found nice and wet Edna was rather happy at that not even mad he was physically and possible mentally younger to some degree as she has her boy back and he needs cared for to a degree now...Its a good thing he over all was done with school and only attending as a technicality and to possible get into collage on football scholarship as a back-up encase his big brains don't get him a scholarship. Atleast he was in school on the football team for that now hes not , question is how to explain this to the school board and system in general as mutants and powers are still not common enough to have protocals in education for out of the norm advents

As exhausted as he was when he was put down for a nap... he managed to sleep through the rest of daycare including snack time. So it was a good thing he'd been given a bottle when put down for a nap. Hank had finished it during his nap and was sucking his thumb as he began to stir at the feeling of Edna checking his diaper. The cute pink diaper was sopping wet and in serious need of a change. So it was no wonder that it made Edna very happy cause at around 10 the first time around Hank had been well potty trained and never had a wet pants or bed unlike now.

"Mommy?" Hank asked... rubbing his eyes a bit as he looked up at her looking down into the crib onto him. Hank squirmed and blushed at feeling wet, though smiled as he enjoyed the feeling and even happily kicked his legs a bit. His mind was foggy and childish, no longer as mature as a few hours ago. One of the daycare caregivers came over and gave Edna Hank's old clothes... now far to large for him. "He looks really happy to see you. Though most little ones do after their first day at daycare. If he's still going to normal school we can help. We've dealt with this sort of thing before."

Edna smiled at Hank '' Yes Henry. What is it?'' Though before she got a reply she got interested in the workers comment'' people being Deaged you have?'' Ednas interest was peaked as this is promising to keep her boy as young as she wants as she may not be evil but she had wished her boy didn't grow up so fast and this matter makes her want to delve into it... Maybe there is a way to make her and Norton be in there prime again too maybe even her own mother be turned abit younger?

Still Edna had to wonder where to get cute childish and infantile clothes like Hank is wearing but in a boys kind unless her turns out liking girly clothes ...though theres a thought make him wear girly clothes as punishment for trying to still pull-ups and indirectly impersonate someone

"I love you Mommy!" He giggled a bit and squirmed in his sodden diaper... not at all seeming to mind his state at the moment. "Can I come back here? I gots a new friend. She's nice and pretty and she borrowed me these!" Hank lifted the front of his shirtall showing off more of his soaking wet pink diapers. He didn't seem upset about the fact he wasn't a big boy any longer. Though it was on his mind but all the other excitement kept him from really thinking about it right now. Hank's chattering did cease though when the worker came up so they could both talk. Hank playing with his feet and even sucking on the toes like he was a much younger cub mentally than he looked at the moment.

"Oh yes... especially with mutants. Especially ones with unstable mutations. Or those who undergo secondary mutations. There's a theory that their powers directly relate to desires they have when they manifest. Like someone who doesn't want to be touched will manifest a power that prevents that. Maybe your baby boy just wasn't happy being grown up. He certainly seems happier now." She smiled down at Hank and cooed to him, earning a smile back from Hank. "He might never grow up. Or he might even get younger. But we're here to help with anything if you need it." She gave Edna a warm smile and a hug, trying to make her feel welcome. And knowing this was a big change for her and her husband.

''My little ones first manifestation was before he was even born'' Edna offered abit now wondering what might have been going through a infants mind in the womb to result in a bestial like appearance not like she minded he just ended up extra adorable to her... Maybe it was a desire related to how she had keep saying she couldn't wait for her extra special own adorable baby boy? Granted she understood the manifestation was mainly do to his damaged genetic code from radiation but still..

''My little one did grow up fast though and I've wanted my baby boy as a little one longer.'' Edna stated tickling Hanks feet ''And can you tell this new friend of my little one they will have plenty of time to be friends ?'' Edna questioned

"Ahh... so he was active at birth. That's usually due to serious physical mutations or radiation or something like that. But often those children have a secondary mutation occur at puberty. Maybe he's just a late bloomer." She didn't want to get Flower in trouble so was trying to come up for a natural explaination for her son's changes. "But no matter... clearly he wanted this. The naughty little one was stealing pull-ups after all." She gave Edna's shoulder a squeeze and smiled to her. "And it's easy to see you seem very happy to have your soggy little furry baby boy back again."

Hank giggled and squirmed to the tickling of his feet and wet his diaper further... showing they'd certainly be necessary despite him being a ten-year old now give or take. Given the fact he was wet from naptime and wetting himself just from having his feet tickled. "Excellent. We'll be happy to enroll him in daycare then... and I'm sure Flower's Mommy will be happy her little one has a new friend as well. She's the most adorable little skunkette. I'm sure her Mother will be very happy to lend her hand with whatever you need as well. Your kids seem to be about the same size."
