As she had finished, Sakura felt Tsunade lift her up and carry her. Blushing a bit the whole time through the checkout, Sakura saw them going into the lady's room before blushing deep as her mess mushed under her butt. Getting stripped she then squirmed a bit.

Tsunade laid Sakura back and rubbed her tummy before undoing her diaper. With soft gent and skillful strokes she cleaned the girls diaper area. She hummed softly while doing so making it very easy for Sakura to relax. She gripped her ankles up and lifted her rear then after removing the soiled diaper and rolling it up she got a fresh new cherry blossom themed diaper under her rear. Twice as soft and twice as thick it felt wonder under Sakura's tush! After some oil and a gentle powdering Sakura was done up in her fresh diaper. Tsunade then surprisingly fished out a set of pink shortalls and a cute red baby shirt with the word spoiled on it and began getting Sakura dressed in them.

As she felt the cold air on her bottom, Sakura blushed as her bottom was swiftly cleaned. Seeing the used diaper get rolled up and set to the side. Sakura felt the new padding under her butt and was surprised at how soft and thick they was. Sneezing at the powder, Sakura felt the diaper get fastened up and smiles.

Looking up to the outfit, she then giggles. "Guess that shirt suits me good"

Tsunade chuckled. She took a moment to wipe Sakura's nose then got her arms threaded into the sleeves followed by getting her head through the top. Once that was on she got Sakura's feet through the leg wholes for her shortalls then tugged them up and did up the snaps. Lastly she slipped some red knee high socks onto the girls feet followed by her new Velcro strap white and pink shoes! All in all Sakura looked like a teen sized toddler with a semi notiable diaper bulge. " There we go all set. " Tsunade cooed.

Seeing this, Sakura blushed but smiled widely. "I love it mommy!" Sakura said looking at Lady Tsunade. Her excitement was built up a lot. She then looks at her new mommy before her tummy growls a tad. "Umm... I'm kinda hungry mommy." Sakura said standing, she had a waddle as she did.

Tsunade looked at the time. It had been maybe a hour and a half since breakfast. " Hmm well something to munch on couldn't hurt. How about we get something to eat on the way home? Unless you feel comfortable taking a big old stroll around the village. " She asked having a stroller picked out and a diaper bag packed and ready to go. Everything else was now safely in storage scrolls.
